Comes very complete and charged but charge completely before riding. I charge it after every ride and keep it on the charger until the next ride as it goes to a trickle charge after it is fully charged. I now have 300 miles on it and so far no problems. I mainly ride it in the bike lanes on the street but also on paved trails in the neighborhood. Longest trip so far is 21 miles and the battery indicator barely shows one of the 4bars down. The headlights are bright and very adequate. The people at the ball park called it the Cadillac or mobility scooters. It is a bit slow from 0 to 15 mph but gets there really quickly. Nice suspension and good stability, never tipped over even taking corners at 12mph. My only issue is it is so large I’m not comfortable taking it into the grocery store and not comfortable leaving it outside. I do ride it to the gym about 2 miles away because I can park it inside. Also it requires a very large carrier which I had to modify from a size carrier to take it to the ballpark.

My red buggy, is equipped like a car. It has turn signals, lights front and rear, mud flaps, it reverses, high and low beams, storage compartments and 3 speeds. It may have cruise control. This is a badddd boy!

This scooter looks great And my husband loves it. He used it for 2 days travelling all over on trails and still had a charge. It's sturdy does not tip easily and it's easy to operate and charge. Will update more later only had it for a couple of weeks
