I had an issue with not receiving call for delivery and contacted the seller via Amazon 3 days prior to expected first delivery date and then with Mobility Nexus, thereafter. Turns out the phone given by me was disconnected after the order was placed. They got the information corrected and was delivered on time....2/15/2024. Easily removed from shipping packing and battery was charged and able to test drive immediatley. All systems working perfectly. Totally changes my outdoor mobility. ... show more

We LOVE the scooter, however, being a Sr woman buying for a hubby that is pretty much wheelchair bound, this was so well packaged the we could barely get the scooter out. It shipped in a cardboard box and had a welded frame around it. Photos of bottom and top of metal crate. This was truly a challenge, ( I just noticed the directions on the box when I took this picture) but the scooter is great, smooth, quiet and everything it promised to be.
