The scooter worked great for 7 months, has a 1-year warrantee. but what good is that if the manufacture won't return any calls of e-mail. I knew when i bought it that maybe the case. but bought it anyway. the plastic knob that controls the speed fell off cracked. I have called and sent e-mails for 2 months with no reply. but like i said it was expected. Amazon products rarely back up their products that are made in China. So, your choice here is buying a product until it breaks and then give up on it. kind of dumb don't you think. duh. it says they don't back up plastic things. most of it is plastic. Well support finally contacted me. I don't know if it was the review that prompted it. Maybe the fact that the e-mail kept going to junk mail. but they called. after contact all went well. I got the part, and it now works great. and I have a good contact numbers. thx for the help and support. now my battery died and you can't buy one, what good is a scooter without a battery????back to 0X rating.

I have used my scooter on (2) cruises so far this year. I have been asked if the ship rented or purchased the scooter. I am proud to say I bought the scooter from your company Glashow through Amazon. People were quite impressed with this scooter's style and the great mileage. My cruises were 7 days and I still had 2 bars left from the fully charged battery. I used the scooter each day on and off the ship. The scooter also warned when disembarking the ship that the ramp was too high and advised the ship attendant to walk the scooter. This was easy as the scooter has a walking mode. Also when exiting the elevator they were impressed with the automatic audio warning advising passengers that I was backing out. I am very pleased that I purchased it as it saved me $$$ instead of renting. Thank you for such a well-made product!

This mobility scooter is outstanding so far. I haven't had it very long so i will have to review after some more time. I would recommend this scooter. This is an update to the mobility scooters review I wrote before. I've had the scooter for a few weeks now and I'm still loving it. Only complaint is that the seat wiggles around. We haven't been able to make it stop doing that. You can ride this scooter easily on grass and gravel. We have some small hill areas in our yard and even in low gear it goes up with out a problem. Still would recommend this scooter. We'll it's been one year and it has totally died. To make things worse there's no one that can fix it near to me. Good luck trying to get help from Glashow.

This scooter has been a lifesaver. It's been a ticket to freedom for me. It fits (disassembled) into the trunk of my small car. I drove it 20 miles on a charge and still had some battery let. It's very easy to maneuver but has a bit of a wider turn radius than I expected. Overall it's perfect for what I need. I was able to fit it through a cruise ship door.

The scooter rides well with the air tires. The braking systems does what it's supposed to. It performs shown in the video. For that I would give it a 5 stars. However, there is a slight mark in the plastic, I don't think will be a problem. Head light is a bit dim. The downside to the scooter is, I couldn't get the seat into the post on the scooter. The video shows an elderly man attaching the seat to the scooter. Not Happening. I finally got it in, now it is there to stay. I will have to carry tools to remove post from scooter. Simplicity gone. Also, the seat back is low. With bolts removed I cannot get the seat back out of the tubing to see if there are any adjustments. I guess it is there to stay until figure other options. Because of everything related to the seat I will give only 3 Stars.

Fantastic scooter. Battery holds a charge long time. I have taken it to fairs,parks,tourist places, ect.Easy to use. You will need two people to lift to put in suv.Only bad you have to have a big trunk to put in a car. I would buy again.
