This is the update. Original review is below. After putting maybe 25 miles (all inside) on the scooter, it developed a squeak when turning. It took awhile to get ahold of the company (and I was really upset about that when I wrote the original review), but once I did they were really responsive! Lynn and her team sent me a video on how to easily disassemble and reassemble the steering. I did that, added a bit of grease, and it's back to working perfectly. The scooter itself is a nice little machine, but Lynn and her people's service has been exemplary. It's nice to know that I've found a company that actually provides useful service, not just lip service, for their product. (Original 3 star review) This is a good little scooter. Delivery was fast, assembly was easy. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5' 8" because of the small foot placement area. The electronics work well, the voice used for the backup alert and so on is loud enough and easily understandable. The speed is very adequate and so is the climbing ability. My father-in-law uses it in his assisted living facility and has no trouble navigating around inside or outside of the building. He's 235 pounds, 6 feet tall. The scooter is a little small for him but hauls him effortlessly. The seat turns and the scooter is easy for him to get on and off of, although with his height it's a little cramped. Lights and so on work well. BUT... It's now 7 months later and the steering has developed a loud squeak when turning either way. I've isolated the squeak to the bottom of the steering mechanism. I tried to contact the seller/manufacturer and haven't been able to reach them either directly or through Amazon. I may have to pull the entire steering mechanism apart to find out what's going on. I don't look forward to doing that at all, especially if the company knows what the problem is and how to fix it. So... if you buy one of these, do not expect support for it if a problem develops.

Drove it up the hill and back down on a sloped sidewalk, decently steep too. Drove it across our dry, uneven dirt yard back to the sidewalk just fine. Rode it on asphalt across the street and it worked fine. Wood floor, textured tile floor, thin hotel conference room carpets all good too. Arm rests are adjustable for comfort. My teenage son easily assembled it and lifted it in and out of the back of my car for me too. Pretty easy overall to get it put together and ready to ride. Felt a little tippy on uneven surfaces in the dirt yard but was impressed it even drove over it.

Comfortable, easy to navigate, good battery life. Rode it around the county fair for 5 hours with no trouble. The only issue we had was, we can't remove the seat now that it is install (too tight). Seat is comfortable. Controls were easy to operate. Has a reverse alarm, which is nice in a crowded area. Plenty fast enough. Fits in the back of our Dodge Caravan without disassembly. I wish it came in blue.

My brother in law loves his new scooter he is a pretty big guy tall but he figured he can’t chase jackrabbits down the hill he fell off he was at maximum speed. I said great does that mean your not going to use it he said no I love it it works great he just can’t horseplay on it.

I purchased this for my husband, he was not able to get around due to knee surgeries. The scooter is very durable and easy to get around on. It was money well spent.

I really like this scooter a lot. It's made very well and has an amazing mile range. I did have an issue with the horn button because it was missing but I contacted them and they shipped me out a button very quickly. Highly recommend this scooter. It's given me the ability to go out to amusement parks with my Wife.

My wonderful children surprised me with a mobility scooter, and I can't believe I didn't get one sooner! It has made me feel so independent and free. We had a fantastic time going out to see the beautiful Christmas decorations at our local casino, followed by a lovely dinner. Plus, I took my grandkids to play some fun arcade games! The best part? I had a full battery all day long and just charged it overnight while I slept. It’s super easy to load when we go out, and driving it feels incredibly safe. The seat is so comfy, too! I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase, and I wholeheartedly recommend this mobility scooter to anyone thinking about getting one!
