My dad has been out riding the scooter all over the neighborhood. He loves it and its long battery life compared to his previous scooter. We ordered the one with the extra battery and accessories which I think was well worth it and he likes the rearview mirrors. Make note if ordering the 40 mile range one like I did, the extra battery came a couple days later separately followed by a bag that was delivered a few days after that separately with all the accessories in it. I was concerned they had given us the basic model since that showed delivered and no indication of the other parts coming did I see. Maybe they will update this on the site but other than that we are very pleased with the short time we have been using the scooter. Oh another thing that is great for my dad, is it is far easier to control and has a automatic speed reduction if you are at high speed and make a quick turn so you don't turn over or loose control. I think I like that more than he but he also commented on that being neat.

This is the update. Original review is below. After putting maybe 25 miles (all inside) on the scooter, it developed a squeak when turning. It took awhile to get ahold of the company (and I was really upset about that when I wrote the original review), but once I did they were really responsive! Lynn and her team sent me a video on how to easily disassemble and reassemble the steering. I did that, added a bit of grease, and it's back to working perfectly. The scooter itself is a nice little machine, but Lynn and her people's service has been exemplary. It's nice to know that I've found a company that actually provides useful service, not just lip service, for their product. (Original 3 star review) This is a good little scooter. Delivery was fast, assembly was easy. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5' 8" because of the small foot placement area. The electronics work well, the voice used for the backup alert and so on is loud enough and easily understandable. The speed is very adequate and so is the climbing ability. My father-in-law uses it in his assisted living facility and has no trouble navigating around inside or outside of the building. He's 235 pounds, 6 feet tall. The scooter is a little small for him but hauls him effortlessly. The seat turns and the scooter is easy for him to get on and off of, although with his height it's a little cramped. Lights and so on work well. BUT... It's now 7 months later and the steering has developed a loud squeak when turning either way. I've isolated the squeak to the bottom of the steering mechanism. I tried to contact the seller/manufacturer and haven't been able to reach them either directly or through Amazon. I may have to pull the entire steering mechanism apart to find out what's going on. I don't look forward to doing that at all, especially if the company knows what the problem is and how to fix it. So... if you buy one of these, do not expect support for it if a problem develops.

Husband has Parkinson's and walking any distance and standing for any length of time is difficult. We moved to Oregon to be close to family and enjoy the outdoor activities. We purchased this so he could enjoy all the walking trails and spend time outside. Best money we've ever spent!! We needed something that would fit easily in my Tucson and this just fits without moving the back row seats. It folds up easily and we are able to lift it together. I think it is about 70lbs. Fully charged it has never come close to losing power and handles very easily. It has warning alarms if the terrain is uneven and slows down to keep you safe. The tires handle small gravel, grass and any paved trail. He goes with me on walks and the handy basket holds water phones with room to spare. The only con is that my husband is 6'2" and it is a little short for him but he is still comfortable and didn't want to trade off to something bigger or heavier since it fits perfectly in our car. I think they have a model that adjusts seat and handle bars but is heavier. It handles his weight, 250lbs, with no problem. He is an early riser and hits the trails by himself and it has given him so much freedom that he has lost with his disease. Highly recommend this item and company.

This is my second or follow-up review. Paiseec is the company that I purchased a scooter from. Though the scooter did not meet my needs and was not the size indicated. The return and assistance that Paiseec offered was excellent. Their customer service is without question par-excellence. They went above and beyond to assist me 8n the return and my refund was handled quickly without a problem. Their representative contacted me every step of the way,and followed up to assure I was pleased. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a scooter that fits the size element for them. Though it did not accommodate me, the scooter was well made, sturdy, and well equipped. I think if I could have used it, I would have e been happy with it. The company take a lot of pride in the product and respects their customers. A1!

I purchased a scooter from Paiseec and I am in LOVE with it! I can’t believe how easy it is to use and to charge the battery! Not to mention how long the battery life is without charging it! This scooter has made my life so much easier for me to be able to go places that I could not go to before. Worked great first ride. I loved it! However the 2nd ride the motor was a little hesitant and louder, by time i started back home you could hear the motor over the traffic from the busy street i was near. Called cutomer care monday she was very helpful. Got everything together and emailed it tuesday. Tuesday night notice “ undelivable”. Called weds morning verified email the lady assured me someone would call that day. No call or email from customer service. Retried email today again no communication from customer service. i Love the scooter except size. I am 5’5” my leg room is a little cramped. However no problem except lousy customer support. Customer carecare line is excellent
