Hollowed shelves, very light weight. I can understand the way these were designed. The look of the shelves will make you think they are real heavy wood, but they are completely hollowed on the inside. The brackets even when using the Template I still struggled to get the shelves to slide into place. I ended up needing to loosen one side which I did not like in order to give it enough wiggle room to slide in. The shelves are still secured, and the weight that each shelf holds I’m not worried about anything dropping. The size of the shelves are 6.3/4 x 22.5 and are big enough to display 7”x15” without looking too small. I used these to display collectibles without having any issues with shelf space.

This is a set of two floating shelves (about 23 inches long). They come with 4 pronged brackets as well as screws and wall anchors. Each shelf can hold a maximum of 22 lbs per advertisement. I ordered these about a month ago but just got around to installing these. I love these shelves and wished there was more variety in color (specifically a lighter wood color) because I would love to order them again. The shelf was very easy to install despite the pronged brackets being separate pieces. The packet comes with a hanging template so you do not have to measure out the space for each bracket. The shelves were fairly easy to slide on the brackets and sat flush on the wall. There was no pitching forward when placing items on the shelf. I am extremely pleased with the overall look and feel very comfortable with the stability and durability of these shelves. These are one of the best sets of floating shelves I own.

These shelves are the most stable shelves I have ever hung on a wall. The way they hang is by screwing these two metal pieces with a rod coming out of them that attaches to the actual shelf piece. This set of shelves comes with guides to help you with where you need to drill holes. Once you get the metal pieces screwed into the wall you just line up the rods with the holes on the shelves and slide the shelf against the wall then your all done. The secure feeling I get from these shelves lets me put my faith in putting some expensive collectables on them without worrying they will fall or start to sag. All in all these are great shelves for anyone needing shelves that can hold some weight and have plenty of space for whatever you need to put on them.

This has 4 screws per shelf and a preprinted guide to screw them in. It couldn't be any easier. In addition the screws have anchors so you don't necessarily need to find a stud. I installed the shelves with a battery drill and it went fairly quickly. I am not a handy-man per se... but this was easy. Also the shelves look like wood but you can tell they are hollow. I don't find it a problem at all. I put some of my wife's knick knacks on it. (see pic). There are two shelves and it is strategically placed above the other closet door. :)

These shelves look very good and fit the space perfectly. I mounted them in the office to keep items off the desk and prevent clutter. They have solid mounting brackets and are secure to the wall. The only problems were that there was no mounting hardware for drywall, they only had hardware for wood or concrete walls. Also, the mounting templates were difficult to use and were not self adhesive like other shelves I've installed. Otherwise, they are a good purchase and function well.
