Love this beautiful and very needed little scooter. My dad is 85 and cannot stand or walk. He is wheelchair bound and now happily will have fun on this scooter. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to put it together. Such an easy assembly. The only confusing part was charging the battery. I did it correctly because it works great this morning. I just didn't know what to do about that little red switch in the charge up compartment. I found nothing on the Internet site nor in the booklet that helped me. I just took a chance, ignored that red switch, plugged in the cable charger for 10 hours. When I awoke I unplugged the charger and put the key in and nothing happened. This mobility scooter is the real deal. The build is sturdy and assembly straightforward. It has excellent speed control and good braking. Nice padding. I chose the green color, it's a smooth color, metallic finish. This scooter lasted my whole trip at vegas. Charging is super easy and fast as well, it runs, right out the box. So convenient now that I can take my mom to places that require an extended walking distance. I have a compact SUV and it fits perfectly in the trunk with enough room for me to look in my mirror. Goes fast when you need to. battery lasted about 8 hours driving around Disneyland. It's great for the price. Fits in the car perfectly, It's 85 lbs, I can't lift it but my husband can. Cons are it's does not make sharp turns so you have to a lot of 3 point turns if you get into a tight space and the seat isn't the most comfortable, but for the price you can't beat it ... show more

This scooter wheel chair has some power. The battery life is pretty decent. We took this to the zoo a couple times. It looks great and it actually has some speed. I usually drive it on medium low. It has a smooth ride and good tires. Great for the price.

Very disappointed in this company! No where on their advertisement do they state that there scooter is not TSA approved. It is NOT ALLOWED on any airplane because the battery has acid in it! This is very misleading. I bought my disabled mother this scooter thinking she’d be able to take it back home but she can’t. Now I’m stuck with the scooter at my house! I reach out to their customer service and not only are they not able to give me a full refund, because I’d have to pay shipping cost. She basically made it seem like I was in the wrong because It doesn’t state that it can go on airplanes. So under any circumstances do not purchase this scooter if you are wanting to be able to travel with it! You will get no assistance. And the blame will be put onto you! I’m just so upset. Now my mom has no mobility scooter. I hate when companies don’t make it right! They are basically lieing to customers by not providing information as to it not being tsa approved! Overall pretty happy with it, how it works and what I need it for and good for the price, but may have scratches on it from being manufactured or packaging or shipping, as was the case for mine, it's just cosmetic, but still a little disappointing. Also the ad/listing, said it's supposed to have a removable battery, but when I got it, it doesn't remove, which makes it heavier to lift now, so instead of one person lifting it I'll need 2, 😥 ... show more
