This has been an amazing scooter for my mother, especially because she only has use of one arm. I was a little unsure how easy it would be for her to handle, but it has actually been much easier than expected. The scooter feels steady, turns well, and gives her a lot more freedom to move around without needing someone right next to her all the time. For our family, that alone makes it worth it. The size is really nice because it does not feel huge or bulky, but it still feels strong enough to trust. The seat is comfortable for normal rides, and the armrests make it feel more secure getting on and off. The basket on the front is also more useful than I thought it would be. She can put a purse, small bag, water bottle, or a few things from a quick store trip in there, which is a big help. The controls were simple enough for her to get used to. Since she only has one good arm, we needed something that did not feel complicated or awkward, and this worked well for that. It took a little practice at first, mostly just getting used to turning and stopping smoothly, but after a short time she was comfortable with it. The scooter does not jerk around, and it feels pretty smooth when starting and stopping. Battery life has been good so far. I like that it comes with the extra battery setup because it gives a lot more peace of mind if she is going to be out for a while. I would still recommend charging it often and not waiting until it is almost dead, but the range has been more than enough for what she needs. It is great for sidewalks, parks, stores, and getting around outside on smoother paths. Overall, this has been a huge help for my mother. It gives her more independence, feels safe, and is simple enough for her to use with one arm. For anyone looking for a mobility scooter that is easy to use, comfortable, and has good battery range, this one has been a really good choice for us.

I initially bought this scooter for a trip to Italy. It worked perfectly - only 71 lbs, great battery life and easy folding. The scooter survived numerous plane and bus trips without damage. The maneuverability was a little challenging to get use to (especially making tight turns). Seat is a little close to the main handle/controls. I’m 5’8” - I would not recommend. This scooter for taller folks.

This scooter met all my needs. I wanted to be safe and also to be able to use the scooter on dirt or gravel paths/trails. This scooter runs smoothly on paved paths and I was able to use it on dirt and paved trails. It does go up hill up to 6-degrees (moderate inclines). My weight is about 100 pounds and 5 ft tall, so the motor was able to handle my weight and I can comfortably sit and maneuver the scooter. I am not an engineer but I assume that the weight and size of a person might affect the motor performance and battery usage. It is not noisy at all and the horn is not loud. It just helped me to alert others around me as needed. The computer voice that turns on when I reverse is very useful. I have tried only once around a 2-miles trail at Filoli state in Woodside. I did not try riding it on steep or uneven terrain (i.e. over tree roots). There were parts of the trail that had water erosion, and I rode over those areas at slow speed perfectly fine. The scooter automatically regulates speed when it goes down ramps. The size is perfect to travel around people and crowded places. It completely folds when we need to put it in our Outback. It is not very heavy, but lifting the folded scooter requires strength and stability. My husband found out that putting a strap in the back handle (there are two handles to roll the scooter once it is folded) he can lift it with the strap and slowly rolls it into the trunk. That way he does not strain his back muscles. The company answers telephone calls right away and a team member readily provides information about the scooter. For additional questions he transfers the message to supervisors and they respond within 12 to 24 hours. In my case they responded a question within less than 6 hours. Battery life: you can monitor your battery by looking at the lighted bars in the handlebar. At the end of a 2.5 miles trail I had used 2/6 bars. I had charged and carried with me the spare battery. I am satisfied with the scooter and with the Paiseec company. With the Paiseec S3 I was able to enjoy the outdoor life and beautiful California trails that I love.

I love the clean design of this, but it's just not comfortable for me. I'm 5'4" (and heavyset) and I felt like the seat didn't have enough depth. I have a temperamental and horrible back, and it didn't tolerate it well. I'm sad, I really wanted it to work out.

Warning.... please read review completely. There are some really great things about this scooter. The two batteries are great too have and honestly, we can spend all day at universal or Disney and never need to change the battery. The clip on and off basket is sturdy and had lasted through many months of use so far. Speed control is easy and it's zippy if you need it to be. I love that the reverse is NOT that annoying horn but a nice voice telling you that someone is reversing. There's a horn button if you need it,so no worries there. I get so many compliments on this feature. Truly brilliant. The weight is well distributed. I never feel like I'm going to tip over. Built in solid metal bars on either side, and low weight, make it easy to put into any trunk and I do mean ANY! We own a BMW i3. It is small. With the front wheels not locking, like so many scooters do, you are able to roll the collapsed scooter forward still, to position it easily. And the collapse!!! So simple. Two levers and it's up or down. I love this machine!! Now here is my one WARNING!!! And it's pictured here. The seat lock, when you raise the seat back up... make sure to hear it click and it will take a hard task to do it. If you don't, it will look fine but will collapse on you the moment you sit. See attached picture. Even with that painful lesson learned, I am so pleased. It is so much better than the ones I used to rent. I still give it 5 stars!!

I ordered the Paiseec S3 Pro Mobility Scooter in grey (the 40-mile range option) on Mar 29, 2026. It was delivered on April 2nd. I purchased this specifically for my wife, who has MS and can only walk for short periods. The assembly process was very straightforward; the only task required was attaching the front basket. In our case, the battery was already installed and arrived with a half charge. However, when I hooked it to the charger and plugged it into a wall socket, nothing happened. According to the instructions, the display should light up to indicate charging, and the charger itself has an indicator light. Unfortunately, mine was not working. I contacted customer support the next morning, April 3rd, and received a response within an hour. After providing some requested documentation—including a serial number picture, a video of the issue, and my shipping address — the support team (Zoe and Phoebe) determined the charger was faulty. They quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Fast forward to today, April 6th. The replacement charger was delivered, and the battery is currently charging without any further issues. Thus far, I couldn’t be happier with my experience, particularly with the prompt and helpful customer service. I plan to provide a full update in the coming weeks once my wife has had a chance to use the scooter and share her thoughts on its performance.

Very dependable, fast, and has very good range. I was concerned with the battery life as this would be used during all day excursions. On our first outing we would spend the entire day at Disneyland and California Adventures. Reading that the 40 mile range would be equal to around 5-6 hours, I order an additional battery to be safe. We spent the entire day at Disneyland / California Adventures, constantly moving, and after about 12 hours we had only used about a third of the first battery. It is also very safe with verbal warnings, easily foldable, and not to small so it is still comfortable but also not too large so it still fits in the trunk of my Prius. It is a solid scooter and made very well. My wifes only complate is that the horn is not loud enough for her, I find that a-ok, lol.
