If you’re like us, your mixer lives on the kitchen counter, shoved back out of the way when not in use. When it’s time to use, it has to be slid out. This is a pain and creates an annoying sound because the grips on the mixer skid along the counter surface. This mat fits perfectly under the mixer, has a grippy side on top so the mixer stays in place on top of it, and a nice smooth side underneath for much easier, quieter sliding. It really does make a noticeable difference. I thought maybe it would cause the mixer to slide around when in use since the grips are no longer in contact with the counter, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. ... show more

I recently got a Kitchenaid, and I love it. However, it is a pain to slide it wherever I need because it is so heavy. This mat has made my life so much easier! My kitchenaid fits perfectly on top, and now I don't have to worry about lugging it around where I need it. I am so happy with this
