Button works great at keeping a consistent placement of string at nose and therefore, a consistent placement of hand on face. Before I bought button, I thought my string placement at nose was consistent...I certainly could feel the string against my nose. Why would I need a button for something I could feel already? Actually what was happening was I was unknowing moving the string placement up and down my nose, hitting the same place on my nose with different points along the string. This was caused by inconsistent movement of head and release placement. I certainly do think the Bowmar Nose Button eliminates those errors for better accuracy. As a plus, outstanding video on installing and using the product. As a note, I shoot right handed compound bow, but left eye dominant. I do not have or use a peep sight...nor do I want a peep sight. I use a bow sight sold on Amazon that aligns a dot with your shooting eye. That being the case, having the additional support of the nose button is essential.

As the title says, I am still relatively new to compound bow shooting. I wanted to get something to give me an easy reference point every time I drew back. With this nose button, I now know right where to put my nose and subsequently get the same sight picture every time. This little piece of plastic definitely helped tighten up groups and improve overall accuracy. I installed it myself, but it isn't a great serving job. I would recommend taking it to your local pro shop and having a hand getting it on there. Only downside I find is the price. Seems a bit steep for what you get. All in all, not too upset with it.

Switched to a thumb release recently and removed my kisser button. Added the nose button to help keep me more consistent. Have seen a more consistent anchor point and better groups when not shooting on a regular basis.

Major improvement over a kisser button. I am super impressed on the way it improves my anchor point, peep/sight alignment and increased consistency. One of the better products I have tried over the years when it comes to improving my shooting and I have been shooting bows for quite a few years. Simple, easy to install and it worked for great for me. And unlike many of the products that I have tried and has failed to live up to its hype, this is a relatively cheep, simple way to improve consistency. Way to think outside the box Bowmar!
