This is a really great safety tool for those who take care of elderly, but still mobile parents. Just insert a micro-SD card to activate, download the software, and place the tracking device in their vehicle. I love that there is no subscription or user fees required, so no additional costs after purchasing the unit. Also, a great asset for placing on a dog's collar if they have a history of running off. This GPS Tracking unit is super compact and light weight. It has two lanyard holes built in for attaching to a collar or hanging around hiking equipment. With the downloadable software, tracking in real time is a breeze. The application works in over 100 languages, and allows a user to set up a "geofence" option that will set off an alarm if the GPS Tracker leaves a designated area. Powered by a built-in Polymer Lithium battery, the unit charges quickly with the included USB cord.

I need customer support and all Amazon provides is a troubleshooting guide that is not helpful. I bought a SIM card and started a monthly subscription but the tracker still doesn’t work. The SIM card app is telling me it’s not “provisioned” and that I need to check the APN settings of the tracker. However, the app for the GPS tracker does not have that info. Also, I need to know if this tracker can work on 4g as that might be the issue.

It gives you a barcode to scam it doesn’t give you a specific website to download does not give you instructions in English so we have spent two days and still have not figured out how to get it to work the app that we did download which I’m pretty sure it is the wrong one follows me instead.

I picked up this little GPS tracker for my car, and honestly, it’s been super handy. It’s very small to put in the car and hide. The real-time tracking is very important. I can choose the frequency of the updates – I went with 1-minute intervals) just to see how it works. The anti-theft alerts are a nice bonus and hopefully won’t come across seeing those. This is also great for peace of mind when I leave the car parked somewhere unfamiliar. Definitely a solid buy if you want a simple but reliable tracking option.

It's not 4g or LTE compatible with the SIM card bundled by Amazon. I found this out after I put $50 on the SIM. And the battery doesn't last long And support is not very good, I got better support from the SIM card guy in India

This is really easy to setup and the app is easy to use and works fine with my iPhone. The real-time tracking is very valuable. Great choice if you have an older vehicle that doesn't have GPS. With all the crime and increasing stolen vehicles cases, that is a must have safety tool. The best part is it doesn't require any monthly subscription so you pay once and done.
