Okay, this is another one of those cheap and very small chain saws. I only have the need on occasion, but at my age it is handy to have. I must say, it's not perfect. It's cheaply made, and wouldn't stand up to heavy use. But it works MUCH BETTER than expected. It will cut through surprisingly big limbs (especially if you take your time). Battery life is fine, given the load. Only real squawk is the blade paddle. It's very soft metal (no doubt both to save money and keep the weight down). Therefore, it twists somewhat easily and then the chain comes off. Getting it back on, and tensioned is a three or four hand job - so just sit down, take a breath, and take your time. Would be nice if it included a chain lube capability, but for the price, I like it.

I have used the first one I purchased over the last weekend in November. I had tired of using a hand saw for pruning small branches and small trees (less than 1 inches in diameter) that seem to pop up all over. The first one worked so well I decided that I would order a second one. I really like the size, the two batteries and the extra chains you provided. The case is very nice and comes, as you know, packed full of the extra chains, gloves, safety glasses, the guide bar cover wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver. I always have small branches to prune but was always less than motivated to use a handsaw or to get one of my gas-powered chain saws out (they are great for the larger stuff but they don’t let you prune a small branch or two and then put them away). Your products are convenient and I think were well priced on Amazon.

I like this little saw and I use it more than I thought I would. My only issue was with the batteries. One battery charged once and then would never charge again. I purposely bought a kit with two batteries in it because I've had issues with Chinese batteries before. And of course the battery connectors are different on every other tool I have. For the money, a decent saw.

I should've taken a before and after picture of the space I cleared today. This baby got one fully charged battery and one battery that was partly charged out of the box to work with during my "oh, I'll just /start/ this project--" clearing, and it cleared 2/3rds of a roughly 8' x 8' patch of young trees I didn't plant (overshadowing a tree we DID). In half an hour. On 1 and maybe 1/3rd battery. If it feels like something is touching the chain, it stops to make sure it isn't your finger. You occasionally have to shake out debris if you're going through a big trunk. But holy hera. This thing is incredible. It's SO powerful and you just hold down the trigger to make it run. 100% user friendly, my kit came with EVERYTHING but the oil (but I got an oil applicator and bottle so there's that). Seriously, EVERYTHING. Gloves, goggles, saw plus two extra chains, two batteries and the charger, paintbrush, bottle, alan wrench, and I think a spare screwdriver. Plus warranty plans, manual, something else, carrying case -- this thing is incredible. I would love it to last a little longer but I am honestly so thrilled with how long it lasts that I'm not even upset. It did a LOT of work in a very short time. Could easily do a yard's worth of clearing in a day if you pre-charge the batteries.

So I bought this for working around the yard. Needed to trim my spanish broom bushes (which are over 7 feet tall). The green parts didn't cut so well (too flexible) but the dead spikes (which is why I was trimming it - they covered the entire middle of the bushes) were perfect cutting material. I was able to trim branches over an inch thick with ease. Then I used it to clean up all the individual spikes around the stump. This thing is powerful, sharp, and weighs nothing! I used both batteries completely and didn't have any fatigue in my wrist/arm at all. After finishing half the job, the mini-chainsaw stopped working. Tried changing battery again, but nothing. I contacted the company by email (which was included in the instruction manual) and they immediately shipped me a replacement of the entire package. That is incredibly good service!!!! Received it within a few days and finished the job. I will be recommending this mini-chainsaw to all my friends. It came with all the necessary tools, extra chain blades, even gloves and safety glasses. Two batteries with a great length of charge - and the charging cord - and these things charge fast.

I bought this item for myself and started using it around the yard. It works like a dream. It is easy to use with just one hand and the light is nice when it starts getting dark while you are working. My husband and male friends joked that it was a toy until they started using it. I bought a second one for my husband so we could work together in the yard. It had a problem with the batteries but the customer service fixed that right away. The way I use the product the battery lasts for several hours. My husband goes full stream ahead and runs through a battery in about 45 minutes. It is nice to have a spare so you can keep going. When we had a storm last week we worked with this little tool to trim up the trees and break down the sticks that had been blown down. I highly recommend this item for yard work. Very light weight and easy to use.

I love this little saw. I used it to cut large overgrown rose vines from my pergola. Lots of work, but this made it so much easier. The saw works great. Just keep the chain oiled. My only complaint is that I wish it had a wrist strap. Climbing up a ladder while having to hold my saw in one hand is cumbersome. Other brands ‘do’ have a strap, but the price of this one was so much better. I do love that everything comes in a great storage box. I would highly recommend this. I promise it will be your favorite gadget.

Got this for elderly Pops. Good to cut limbs & ends on wood that just a little to big for wood stove . He’s to old to swing the ax now a days so this is perfect for him. Seems to be well made & durable. Easy to use. Recharges quickly & has good safety features .
