The seller was very responsive to an inquiry I had (be a bit patient as they are on the other side of the world if you are in the United States). The printer itself was a snap to set up for my Mac and the bonus label holder is great and works with fan folded or spool labels. On the Mac it connects via wire and I'll need a longer cable to be able to place the printer where I want it in my office, however with the label holder it does fit out of the way on the corner of my desk. See photo. Interestingly, my Mac senses the printer via Bluetooth but I haven't played around to see if it will work wirelessly. Print quality is as expected and great for shipping labels. I see that some people use these thermal printers for decorative labels. I don't know that the dpi is high enough to satisfy my requirements for those so will stick to my laser for that type of things. This printer is extremely fast and what a time saver to not have to load sheets of labels into the bypass of my laser. The 4 x 6 label size is much better than the 1/2 sheets from the laser and much better for smaller shipments. The printer senses the label and lines it up perfectly. I did have to twinkle around in my various e-commerce platforms to change my printer settings but once done printing is seamless. There appear to be many printers made by the same manufacturer with different names sold by different sellers. I'm glad I chose to buy from this seller and would do so again without hesitation. Overall a great value and purchase for my e-commerce business.

I run a small business and sell via etsy and our website. This is the first label printer I've ever owned and I love it. Previously, I was printing labels on paper and taping over them. This has saved me so much time (and tape). The setup was really easy, and it works great. I was a little nervous because setting up new tech can be really obnoxious, but it wasn't at all. I didn't have a flash drive in my package, but I just went to the seller's website and downloaded the drivers directly. It took a few minutes and I didn't have any issues at all. It's super fast, has a really small footprint, and I like that it came with the label holder. Each label only takes a fraction of a second to print. I LOVE that it doesn't require ink. I'm saving so much ink in my actual printer. The only issue I've had during use is that if you're not careful that the paper feeding into the printer is perfectly aligned with the feeder, the labels can come out too far to one side and not perfectly centered. Just make sure that the paper holder is even with the printer feed. I found that roll labels were MUCH more finicky about this. Maybe because the roll can shimmy from one side of the holder to the other. Once I switched to folded, I haven't had that issue. Probably because the weight of the folded paper stops it from moving around. All in all, I'm super pleased with my purchase and I would absolutely buy it again if I needed another. I would recommend it to anyone with a small business for sure. Just in the month or so I've owned it, it's definitely paid for itself both in saving my time, as well as saving expensive ink.

The media could not be loaded. I was very afraid that after 7 months of having this printer and finally being able to use It It DIDNT work. I installed everything correctly. Everything was great. Once I would press print It will send the job but nothing would come out. I read many reviews but I couldn’t figure It out. So I message the seller. Next day I have a message from them on how to fix the problem. All I had to do was press the “feed key” the button on top for about 10 seconds this would reste the printer and then print again. And It worked! It printed! Yeeey! So happy I was able to fix It. Thank you to the seller for getting back to me on time!

Downloaded the mac os driver it didn’t help downloaded the print machine helper still didn’t work, tried holding down the button for 10+ seconds it still doesn’t work , it will print the test page fine and the test text fine but when going to print a actual label it doesnt work it doesn’t even print the test label and yes i have it @ 4x6 size I’ve checked all settings and sadly still doesn’t work … honestly just save a extra 20$ and buy a better one ☝️ will be returning ts shortly

For years I was printing on my home printer and sticking the label to the package. It was a drag... About 6 months ago I got this printer when it was on special and since then my life has changed for the better... Setting up the printer was extremely easy, it comes with a USB stick that has the drivers and it took about a minute. The quality of the prince is great and so is the paper that came with it. I print about 10 labels a week and so far it has been nearly flawless. Recently it started acting up where it would not print so clearly and I turn to the vendor for support and within a day they responded. Apparently all I needed was to clean the printing head... A classic user error... In summary, it is quiet, fast and high quality. I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Prints really fast and at a pretty good quality! Wasn’t expecting a lot for the price but this thing works great for me! I have a small volume Etsy shop so this is perfect for me. generally pretty easy to set up as well — learning curves with every tech equipment I buy but once I got the hang of it and the settings, it works great! Only 4 stars because the the label holder seems to sit too high so sometimes my labels aren’t fed through probably, causing crooked printing. Other than that, would definitely recommend 100% for those on a budget!
