The media could not be loaded. Dude, this S1 motorcycle is an absolute game changer! As someone who just had knee surgery, I was skeptical at first, but this bike was a lifesaver! Whether it's on the trails in the park or on the streets of the neighborhood, it's a breeze to ride. No kidding, I've never seen a scooter glide so easily! The battery and range is incredible. 25 miles on a single charge? That's more than enough for my daily commute! The battery weighs only 8 pounds! I was able to swap it out with one hand, unlike the struggle I used to have with bulky old batteries. The real best part, though, is the seat. an 18-inch swivel seat? It's like sitting on a throne! Height adjustable, armrests that flip up - they thought of everything. It took me all of 10 minutes to assemble, and when I'm ready to explore new places, it breaks down into lightweight pieces that slide right into my SUV. It's the ultimate traveling companion! When it comes to safety, the Mihayo doesn't cut corners. Crash bars, anti-skid wheels, bright LED lights, and a brake system that stops on a dime. And when I took it out of the box? Boom. Honestly, choosing the Mihayo was the best decision I've ever made.

This scooter has been a nightmare since day one. The 720WH battery takes forever to charge—over 10 hours for a full charge, which is inconvenient for daily use. Even worse, it struggles to handle small inclines in my neighborhood; the motor slows down drastically, and I’ve had to push it uphill more than once, defeating the purpose of an electric scooter. The 300lb capacity claim also feels misleading—when my partner (who’s under 280lbs) rode it, the ride became shaky and unstable. Customer service hasn’t responded to my complaints either. Avoid this product if you need something reliable.

The media could not be loaded. This mobility scooter is great! Goes really well. Not like those ones in stores or ones you rent. Bought for trip to DisneyWorld so put cupholder and cell phone holder in place of mirrors. Those can be changed back at anytime. So lightweight, husband is able to pick up with ease and will fold if he needs to or can easily remove seat or battery if need even lighter. Did not need to buy a carrier. Was easy to put together. Bought rain cover which stores in rear basket. Fits me perfectly and comfortably. Seat is adjustable. This will make our trip much more enjoyable for me since I am having mobility issues. My husband said when I want to try walking, he will ride it!
