I had no issues with size as it fit comfortably and compressed decently without feeling like you are suffocating. the material itself was cooling and often I did not need to put it in the freezer. however about 20 minutes in the freezer and it was ready. it was not the most attractive thing to wear, but it was comfortable and relieved some of the major pounding.

Must Have Headache Relief

This cap is wonderful for migraine sufferers! I keep 2 of these in the freezer at all times. The cap is a generous size for those of us with a little larger heads. It says cool for probably 10+ minutes. I have had my first one for about 2 years now, and it is durable. I have recommended this item to my friend, who also purchased one after trying mine. She loves it, too. I find personally that this helps as a last resort when I have a headache that nothing else seems to fully alleviate, as well as at the onset of a headache when I don’t necessarily want to take medication. You can pull it down over your eyes if you are experiencing light sensitivity or want a dark environment to rest. I would highly recommend.

Covers the top of head, can wear like.a beanie

This cap has been a game changer for my migraines. I get them at the base of my head towards the back and this "ice pack beanie" has become an essential. It doesn't rid me of the migraine but definitely provides substantial relief I like how this one has the top covered so my hair doesn't poke out the top and look goofy like other ones. The gel is pretty thick on both fronts and back. The top is just fabric but it prevents it from looking too silly on my head . Looks like a beanie and I usually wear it like one when I need to move around the house and see where I'm going. Also good to wear during extreme heat in the summer as a way to keep cool. I've had mine for about 2 months now and plan on getting another one to swap them out back and forth when the other gets warm from use. Great quality migraine relief cap!

I recently bought the Migraine Relief Cap Ice Head Wrap and Hat from AllSett Health, and it’s been a lifesaver for my occasional migraines. The cold compress gives instant relief, and the fact that it can also be used warmly is a nice bonus for tension or sinus headaches. It arrived the same day with Prime (score!), and I was feeling better within minutes of putting it on. My only complaint? I should’ve bought two—my wife and son now battle for it like it's the last slice of pizza. If your head’s been throbbing and you need relief fast, grab this cap—you might want to grab a backup too before your household turns into a game of “Who Wore It Best?” Definitely buying another one soon, because sharing is overrated when it comes to migraine relief!

Has weird chemical smell

This thing gets incredibly cold and does feel really nice but if you leave it in the freezer too long before use it’s like painfully cold and kind of doesn’t feel great until it cools down some. Would probably give it 5 stars except it has a really weird chemically smell to it which isn’t great

So very soothing I could fall asleep!

I don't get migraines but my head will ache sometimes due to clenching my jaw at night, even though I wear a mouth guard. I have only worn the mask at room temp and for my needs and level of discomfort the coolness the mask retains, so far is sufficient and satisfies my needs. I feels so good on my eyes and temples and relieves me. I even almost fall asleep because it is so soothing. I can imagine that if I did suffer from migraines, a refrigerated or colder mask would be the ticket.
