This is the only chair i've seen that comes with 3 of the 5 legs assembled, and the instructions are not only MISSPELLED, but don't show you how to put them on... now I'm stuck with a wobbly chair.

First they sent me the wrong product. You cannot reach directly to MFD. No one answer's the call and it gets disconnected after few rings. I ended up calling Amazon and they reached out to them and then MFD sent me an email for replacement. Second chair came with broken control unit. I reached out to them again via email and the said they would send me a replacement part. Part took forever to come. " Label created" was the only update available on FedEx site. I reached out to MFD again and the said they wo5get back to me in one day. But they took 5 days. When I went to attach the control unit the chair base was missing holes on the upholstery. I used screw driver and scissors to locate and cut. The instructions are not very clear. I would never order anything from this seller. I would also suggest Amazon to do a proper due diligence before letting people on board. ... show more
