There is not enough room to write the review I have for these Amazing Mobility Scooters. Mother and Me purchased 2 of them and they come 90% Assembled. The are Comfortable and VERY DURABLE and they have an Adjustable Seat, and Handle Bars and the Design of them is Outstanding. They have a Headlight and a Tail Light, a Horn and 3 Baskets 1 for the Front, one little compartment in front of your Knees and a Rear Bolted on Sturdy Basket for carrying plenty of your stuff. Mother and me bought 2 so we could ride together around the house at the park and at Grocery stores and they are just ALL around Beautiful Looking and Working Mobility Scooters so I can definitely and confidently highly recommend this Scooter to anybody and to ALL who are looking for a Great Mobility Scooter at a GREAT PRICE..!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This mobility scooter is awesome! Super comfy for long rides, easy to control, and the battery lasts way longer than expected. Love the LED lights and USB port. Totally worth it!

This surprised us (in a very good way). Was a little leery because the price was so low but this has proven to be a remarkable scooter. Battery life is insane. My dad rides this thing around his retirement home all week one one charge with plenty of juice left over. Very smooth ride and easy to operate. Only con (if there is one) is the location of the charging port. It's down low beneath the seat and very hard for an older person to reach and see. Plus, it's an XLR plug which is more challenging to use. I solved the problem by purchasing a 3-foot XLR cable, plugged it into the charging port and then used a zip tie to attach it to the back of the seat by the arm rest. This way it's easier for my dad (in his 90s) to reach and use. Great value and great product overall though. Highly recommend.

Looks and power are great. The only thing we missed was what height a person driving should adapt to. My husband is 6 feet and he is scrunched between the seat and steering. It has great mobility, easy to disassemble in put in the trunk of my Nissan, however it takes two to lift it in and out. Turn radius is great, speed is perfect not too fast or slow. Turn radius is excellent for getting through isles of Walmart and smaller stores.

This item came a couple of days ago. We charged the battery yesterday and put it together today to give a test drive. It is nice and will go forward and back. A little short, but okay. But nothing on the control panel works. The headlight, horn, nor battery charge indicator will function. No lights whatsoever. Per guidance on Amazon for trouble-shooting, I took the control panel off to see if any loose connections or wires. There are no apparent loose wires or connections. Nor could I find a reset button as suggested on Amazon trouble-shooting page. Yes I read the user manual. I tried to call the Metro Mobility numbers to get some techincal assistance and neither number works. I tried the chat, but got a message saying not available today (its Friday between 9am and 1pm). So no help there. As a disabled person it will be very difficult to return, as I had to cut the box down to get it out of the box.

according to my lovely grandpa, this scooter has been amazing. The battery lasts a long time, so don’t have to worry about charging it all the time. It’s super easy to take apart and put in the car, which makes it really convenient for grocery trips. The ride feels smooth and safe. The quality—it’s solid! definitely better than my grandma’s old one.

The scooter is beautiful. But sadly there are very few instructions on how to put it together. The booklet included leaves things out. So if you’ve never put a scooter together get someone who has to help you. And keep in mind this scooter is for a short person. I’m 5’3” and there isn’t a lot of room for my legs. In fact I can’t use the toilet side cup holder because there isn’t room for both the holder and my knees. Cannot comfortably put my feet on the floor of the scooter and have to use the higher foot rests. Also don’t expect to receive it in a timely fashion. My scooter was a week later than expected. It isn’t too heavy and can be broken down but not necessarily done easily. It is functional and I love the color which is a deep dark blue. It almost looks black. It’s currently charging so I’ll address the speed and turn radius after I’ve ridden it. From pushing it the turn radius seems to be fine. I only gave 3 stars because of the late delivery, the sad state the box was in when received and the lack of adequate instructions.

I bought this for my dad.I have to say, the seats are very comfortable and the shock absorption is good, even bumpy roads don’t affect the experience. The folding design is very practical. My dad said that this car has given him back his freedom, and going out for a stroll has made him feel better!
