Disclaimer: I've only had this product for about a week as of the time of this review. So I'm 6'-2" 275 lbs (on a good day) and this piece of equipment has worked flawlessly so far. The unit itself was extremely well packaged and came in a 4' L x 2' W x 2' H box which I was pleasantly surprised to receive just 3 days after placing my order. The setup kit included a siphon pump for filling the water housing unit, a decent instruction manual, a set of numbered screws/nuts/bolts/etc, a small allen wrench, a small multi-size wrench, and a 1-year manufacturer warranty registration card. Nice! Assembly was a cinch and only took about 20 minutes. I've used the machine several times now at roughly 30 min workout intervals and so far I love it. Very smooth rowing motion and the seat is a dream compared to models I've used at the gym previously. I'm not as crazy about the sound of the water as I thought I would be, but it is soothing even though it's a touch loud. Honestly, the experience so far has been really motivating to get me working out though, and that's more valuable to me than anything else! Some quick cons for all you shrewd like peoples. The LED display is pretty sub-par per 2020 standards. It's not a touch screen, it's not backlit, and its program functionality is very limited. For me personally, however, this isn't an issue as I use my Google smartwatch to track my workout and I use the LED display to prop up my phone to watch whatever. If this is a make or break item for you though, I'd find something else. I imagine that filling and emptying the water housing unit in order to increase or decrease resistances could become a fairly tedious activity should you need to do it repeatedly. I haven't had that issue yet, and I don't foresee it becoming a problem for me personally, but I figured I'd mention it anyway. I'd recommend initially to fill it one level at a time, hop on it for a few minutes and give it a good go, then adjust as needed to find your sweet spot. I set mine to a 4 and it's definitely a struggle to finish a 30 minute workout. Last thing, this unit is NO WAY QUIET. If you're buying this with the intention of working out at 5 am while everyone is sleeping downstairs avoid this! Again, not an issue for me personally, but that point was the first thing my roommate mentioned after I put this together. Overall: 9/10

Product arrived well packed, and in just a few pieces to be assembled. The front with the tank is pre assembled, and the hardware and tools needed are included in a shrink wrapped cardboard detailing the steps to use them. From box to ready to use was maybe 15 minutes. It’s been awhile since I’ve used gym row machines, but this seems to still be working well for me after two months. Nothing has leaked or shown wear and tear on the unit already. Only complaint is the computer unit as others mention. Considering the attractive look of the mechanics and the equipment appearing quality, the computer really is a letdown. The lack of screen light for me isn’t as big of a problem as the function. It is difficult to program a work out and worse to reset. Usually it is some combination of button pressing that I still don’t really understand. The modes are hard to toggle through, and often I accidentally start the timer and then have to figure out how to switch to a planned timed workout. The instructions do not explain the process as well as it covers assembly and even fitness tips. I don’t think the calorie count is very accurate, but the strokes seem right, so presumably the distance is too. With a fitness watch, it’s enough to get data to track my progress, but not very user friendly when getting started each time. Overall, I was nervous about a big purchase without seeing the product first, but I’ve been very happy with it. I liked the look, and the tilt of the tank helps with space saving and the resistance potential.

This rowing machine was a great addition to my home gym. It was super easy to assemble. I have no issues moving it nor storing it in the upright position. The seat is very comfortable. The LCD monitor is big enough to read and is easily adjustable to any eye level. There is also a feature on the LCD monitor in which you can race the machine. When utilizing the machine, it definitely gives an "in water" like rowing experience. The sound of the water swooshing through the tank I find very soothing. Everyone in the house from my husband to my kids like the feel of the machine and gets a pretty good workout. The only thing I dislike about it is the footrests. I wear a 7.5 shoe and the straps don't keep my feet secure in the footrest. If you look at my pictures, the strap goes across the upper part of my foot. My feet have slipped out of the foot rest a couple times. To prevent slippage, I have to place my feet a little higher on the footrest making it a little challenging to row at times. I prefer the strap to be lower and closer to my ankles. It would've been ideal if the footrest had two slots for the straps to go through making it adjustable for people with small feet like myself. My husband on the other hand who wears a size 11 shoe, does not have the same issue I have. He's feet are pretty secure in the footrests. If there's one thing they can improve on this machine, it's the footrests. Other than that, I really love this machine! Highly recommend!
