I've only had this for a few days but I'm very pleased with it. I've had one of these things before, the manual kind, and never stuck with it. Seemed like it wasn't doing very much and was boring. But I have googled on the effectiveness of these electronic ones and apparently they're highly regarded for certain benefits, mainly circulation and just moving if you're not otherwise moving enough. So I'd say for seniors, which I am one, these are great. I chose this one because it's more lightweight, is a bit smaller than some, and it has pre-programmed programs that vary the speed and direction automatically. Google also thought that was very good rather than just a constant speed or direction. I can feel some soreness in my leg muscles, so that says a lot. This is not aerobic, however. One thing was weird, though, and I don't know if others would have this issue. The remote communicates with my television. The main buttons didn't have any issues - start and mode. But the direction and function buttons changed my channel on my streaming service. Weird! But since I like the variable programs and that button works fine, I'm definitely keeping this.

I bought this elliptical machine to increase my movement. The machine runs smoothly and silently. Removed from packaging, added batteries to the controller, plugged it in, and it was ready to go. It does pause after 15 minutes of being on or in use and you have to use the controller to reset. I gave it a four star review because the power cord is too short if you want to use it in your living room sitting on a sofa or side chair while watching tv.

This thing works great very quiet just set it I usually do 15 minute intervals. More than that it's just too much for my old legs. The good value for the money I recommend this for elderly people and anyone else.

Great little machine. Helped with my rehab after surgery. A nice addition to my fitness routine. I use it in my workout room and while watching TV. It’s compact enough, and lightweight enough to easily move it around the house. I love using the remote control instead of having to bend and reach to turn it on and off.

For the price excellent product it does the job purchased for my mom who had a stroke and has limited mobility with her legs and he keeps movement and circulation for her legs. She just place them on the machine and the machine does all the work.

This machine is all it's advertised to be. Great quality, almost totally quiet and I love the 12 pre-programmed routines. The 12 different speeds and the scan of time, distance, counter, calories and speed are very helpful monitoring my health.
