I really love the handles and how Adjustable they are. I also love the fact that you can truly burn alot of calories with this equipment alone. You can definitely achieve your fitness goal when it comes down to weight management and toning your body. I am sweating like crazy! The cons: it make quite a bit of noise when you first start but once you start to use the equipment, the noise does subside a bit but that is not an issue for me. Cheap. It’s supposed to come with three resistance settings and there’s no difference between settings and probably no resistance at all. It is very loud even when I try to be quiet on it. The feet pedals are very small. It is sturdy but it just feels cheap when you’re in it. I feel I could never work out on this everyday. Returning this is horrible. They’re asking for an extra $22. This is just not the machine for me. Hopefully I can find someone to take this from me ... show more

So far so good. I have only used it like 4 times so I cannot say how good its durability is. It was easy to assemble and it's a decent workout. I like that it doesn't take up much room, and fairly easy to move around by myself as it's not too heavy. Since I can get bored with new exercise equipment, I like that it didn't cost too much. I really wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I’m super happy with the work out I get from this little stepping machine. Putting it together was simple and easy. I don’t get a “hard” workout but I get a steady, low impact workout that’s perfect for me.

This item was purchased for my Mother who sent me this message because shes Dissapointed: The Merach Stepper shows the foot pedal is full length of my shoe and this one is half length my foot is off the pedal at least 4” . (Sz 7.5 shoe) I do not want to return it but I am disappointed because it showed the lady’s foot all the way in the pedal :( ... show more
