Love this rower! Easy to set up by myself. The “oars” move together or independently and are close to actual rowing in a boat. It’s quiet. It’s not overly big. For me, works all muscle groups- arms, shoulders, back and legs. It’s very easy to use. Am 100% satisfied with this rower!

1. Easy to build. Like stupid simple. And well built. Very impressed with build:cost 2. Very small footprint. And standing it up you can fit it in a closet or corner of your place easily. The whole thing weighs like 50lbs. It’s small enough that I can easily bring it up stairs to the tv room or onto the deck to be in the sun 3. This is a beginner rower. I workout often and wanted something small, enjoyable to use and efficient(rowing targets like 70%+ of muscles its a no brainer for me). Now if you can bust out 30 pushups 10 pull ups and 50 body weight squats right now, go ahead and get a mid level or more advanced rower. The max resistance level is not challenging. It’s set to max and will never be changed while I’m using it. Having said that I’m not a gym bro and not training for triathlons or anything. The purpose of this is purely a simple 500 calorie morning cardio daily. Take that as you will. 4. This thing is quiet. Will not wake up the baby, wife or dogs. Big plus for me. 5. Looks nice. Good design. The t bar rowers are fine. But this design with the movable arms is great. Row tight like the T bar or wide like rear delt fly’s and anywhere in between. Fun to mix it up while you’re at it. It’s capable of single arm rowing I won’t do that but it’s possible and that’s good design. The grips are nice. I find myself using the ball grips as they rotate and it feels more natural of an action than the traditional grip. Seat is good and rolls smoothly. The display is acceptable. I won’t be paying attention to it. The phone/tablet holder works, could be larger. For the price, build quality, size and function I highly suggest getting this rower.

I was very impressed with this rower, assembly was easy, it's compact and very sturdy. My first workout was on the easiest setting and I immediately broke a sweat. The movement is smooth and it's relatively quiet, I assumed because it was $300 it would be flimsy, but it's well made, I would highly recommend.

Keep in mind, I got this today, did a 15 min test run. PROS- price point is great, seat is comfortable and slides smoothly and the machine is quiet. Rowing arms are smooth and provides enough resistance. Took about 30 min to assemble. The hardest part was unpacking it from the tape and plastic. Screen doesn't need a plug and works on batteries. Cons- some parts are plastic, and not even good plastic. They really skimped on the foot pedals in their quality and setup. I'd spend $25 more for better quality as I fear these might snap eventually. The digital screen is small and isn't back lit which stinks, especially in low lighted rooms. As long as the machine holds up, it is a good purchase for the money and an entry level rower.

Historically rowing has not been enjoyable based on the standard design on a typical rower with a t handle and rope. I have a 36 inch inseam and it just was not a comfortable experience but did it as the workout is great for your body. Watching the videos on this rower I thought this looks like it would be much more enjoyable so I took a chance and ordered. I have used this machine 4 times now. Set up was quick and easy and the rower appears to be well made. It is a great workout and the rowing movement is so much more enjoyable. Yes the screen is not color and depending on lighting can be a tad bit hard to see/read but its a very minor issue. I would also agree that strapping your feet can be a tad challenging (harder than it needs to be) but after 4 uses it has become more intuitive. For the price I dont see how you can go wrong. I highly recommend!

Love it! Assembles very quickly. Outstanding work out. I use this in n a mix with dumbbells, resistance tubes, walking, and a recumbent bike. But the rower gets the most use. Excellent full body workout. I’ve used standard single pill bar rowers. I like this much better. I can isolate one arm at a time. Easy to change resistance. Only knock..the digital readout is very dim. Best exercise $$$ I’ve ever spent. And by the way, I’m 76, with heart issues. The cardiologist blessed it and is extremely pleased with the results of my total regimen.

This rower exceeded my expectations. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble by myself, but it would only take me 20 minutes if I had to assemble another one. Comes with all the hardware/tools you need. I work from home, so it is so convenient to get out of bed and get a 30-minute workout in before moving to my desk. No more driving 15 minutes to the gym, which is a real pain, especially in winter. I'm 6'3", 250 pounds. Pros: Quality (nothing cheap or flimsy about the primary parts) Compact (fits in small spaces, easy to lean against a wall or in a corner when not in use, not nearly as long as most other rowers) Lightweight (easy to move, the wheels help a lot if you move it across a room) Quiet (seriously, whisper quiet) Separate rowing arms (Simulates a more realistic rowing stroke, allows dual arm pulls, alternating arm pulls, and single arm pulls) Fine for tall people (I estimate a height of up to 6'5" would be fine for full extension) Cons: Screen (The non-backlit screen needs a good light source on it to see it well) Resistance (16 levels, but the highest level is not akin to a torture device, it's good enough for a nice workout) Data (Does not track watts generated, but only the more expensive rowers do this) I have not tried the app and the included workouts yet. I have a 65" TV in front of the rower, so that should be nice. My goal is 30 minutes a day, sometimes a set of 30 minutes in the morning and a set of 30 minutes in the evening, and see where it goes from there. I look forward to watching sports while rowing. The time should fly by. Excited to see the results after 30 days of rowing. I can't see how anyone could offer a better overall value on an entry-level rower. This will provide years of regular/daily use. Time to end the gym membership I rarely ever use. When I used it in the past, I always hit the rower, so I knew I liked that type of workout.
