I scanned the QR code on the box which took me to a page where you can select which model you have and watch a step by step assembly video. I don’t know if it was their website lagging or my website ngernet speed but I would pause the video and it wouldn’t restart. I had to resort to using the included printed manual which isn’t bad as far as manuals go. All necessary assembly tools and parts are included and well packaged to make using the right screws and bolts easy to find. The machine is GREAT quality. It’s virtually silent thanks to the magnetic resistance and the seat glides smoothly. The app is interesting but not entirely necessary, easy to download and install. The really impressive points of the machine are: The ease of use (look up proper rowing form videos on YouTube) it’s much easier to get a full body workout when you are doing it right, the size (not the smallest on the market or the lightest but it isn’t a monster that will eat up all your real estate, and it is hella quiet. ... show more

Easy to assemble even though some of the wording is not correctly used. Pretty smooth rowing. Able to row like and actual rowing circular motion, not just back and forth. Very quiet. Great size for me at 5’ 1”(if I’m standing tall). I would buy again so far

The media could not be loaded. So far and it’s only been day 1 the construction and instructions were simple to follow and comes with the tools needed. I see reviews from other parts of the world. I am from Chicago, Il. Here she is all finished up. I would have given this a 5 star but I think this equipment and its craftsmanship deserves a color touch screen but sadly they used the cheapest display panel, it’s not even back lit so it’s hard to see the screen. Other than that glides smoothly. Not sure if it’s me but I do find the highest tension a little lacking but Longevity and endurance will fix that up real quick. ... show more

So far I love it. It was easy to assemble. I did it myself in about 30 minutes. It probably would have taken less time if I had paid closer attention to assembling the seat correctly. If you're not familiar with skull rowing it takes a bit of practice. This is a great upper body/cardio workout. The lower is very quiet. The monitor is just meh. It could use an upgrade.
