The Merach Indoor Exercise Bike has been an awesome addition to my home workouts. It’s very comfortable, especially the seat, which doesn’t hurt after longer rides like some other bikes do. The matte black design looks really smooth and modern, so it doesn’t look out of place in the house. It’s very easy to use and adjust, making workouts simple whether you’re just starting out or riding regularly. Assembly was quick and straightforward. It took me around 20 minutes to put together, and the instructions were easy to follow. Another big plus is how easy it is to move around. It rolls smoothly on both carpet and wood floors without much effort. On top of everything, it’s a great value for the money. For the quality, comfort, and performance you get, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable, well designed, easy to use indoor bike that delivers solid value. I'm 5'8" and the settings I have are good for me but it definitely works for a taller or shorter person, just make sure to watch a video on how to adjust it for you.

Purchased as an indoor replacement for my e-bike riding. Assembly was straightforward without difficulty. Two problems although. The display backlight is not illuminated but works otherwise. Secondly, while I enjoy the app the auto resistace is not functioning. The assembly instructions are simple to follow ut there are no information on how to use the display

This thing is awesome. I never knew I needed or wanted a bike until I bought this. It connects automagically to my phone every time. But the best things are that its silent to use, you have a hand weight tray and a water tray, the seat if marginal but better than most (still goes up the butt pretty far though), its fairly compact for an indoor bike, it has a 45lb wheel. Its made very well and feels premium. The handle bars are nice. There is no wobble to any of the components. I don't like the foot straps, but I do think they are necessary for safety and efficient use. I just wish they were a little more conducive to size 12 and up shoes. I would have loved a digital dial, but the manual one is not bad. It gets the job done. I am 6' 1" and this fits me well. I would be worried that this is too big for a smaller person or small female. Which brings me to the one dislike that I have for this. The distance between the seat and the handle bar is just too far. I literally have to over extend to reach the bar and this makes no sense to me. For a while I thought maybe I installed the seat and handle bars wrong, but I double checked and everything is according to the manual. So maybe this bike is meant for really really tall people. At either rate, I still like it and I am keeping it. I don't think I can find another bike of this quality for the price on the market.

Great stationary bike for my garage gym. I've been wanting to add an exercise bike to my gym for a while. I'm not a biking enthusiast that does hundreds of miles a week. Just needed a good sturdy bike that mimics real cycling that I can stand or sit on. This Merach S29 looked like a decent option when I was looking at different manufacturers and models. It's very sturdy and heavy enough that it doesn't rock or move when I'm standing up on the pedals simulating an uphill climbs or when I'm seated and sprinting. I like that I can sync my Smartphone to it so my mileage, calories, resistance and heartrate are displayed. The display that comes with the bike is not backlit and is very difficult to read if you don't have direct light on it. This is a good bike for someone looking for an inexpensive but quality piece of exercise equipment. I just wished I bought the Automatic model so the app adjusts the tension for you during your ride. Rather than having to reach down to adjust the tension knob manually. Overall I'm very happy with what I've got.

The bike is ok, and probably will serve my needs. However, the assembly instructions are rather poor. The QR code directed URL does take you to the assembly guide but the S-29 model is not included in the list of products. Equally annoying was that the screws needed to install the monitor were not included in the parts . Even though "Step 5" is named "Install the Monitor" it actually does not have any instructions about the monitor itself - zero words about it - very poor marks for that omission. Merach needs to do better.

Support has been very helpful, received a new bike just waiting to set it up to make sure it works properly.. My bike makes this annoying noise every single rotation when I am sitting on it. No clue where why or how. Going to need to disassemble and attempt to get this down the stairs by myself (it took two delivery guys to get it up the stairs) and get it in the box again and out to my car some how some way and then to UPS to return. Don’t think it’s worth a replacement now that i know support is so difficult to get ahold of no way I want to go through the hassle of returning this again. Update: got my new bike in went through all the trouble setting it up and it’s the exact same clicking noise very loud and only gets louder that faster you pedal. I was able to actually tighten the front wheel bolt and I think it’s doing better. Only stars are worth it for the support not sure if tightening the bolt is a long term fix yet. Update to the update. Day 2 of the bike I did it for 10minutes yesterday no noise this morning 2 minutes in and it’s louder than ever. Cant tighten the axel anymore. Just horrible. Everytime you loosen/tighten the axel noise goes away for like a minute then slowly gets louder and louder until it’s unbearable noise. Update I went like 5 days no noise at all after tightening and loosening the axel then this morning sound was back louder than ever. Definitely not the worth trouble since they can’t seem to fix it. Returning is out of the question it weights 80 lbs and all the foam in the box broke cause they taped it up 10x. Support had been great I wish I could give stars but as for the product I received both are unbearable to ride.

I want to start by saying that MERACH’s customer service deserves a full 5 stars. Jesse was absolutely excellent to work with—professional, responsive, and very thorough throughout the troubleshooting process. They have a great system in place to diagnose issues, and Jesse worked diligently with my husband and me to determine the cause of the problem. It turned out that the handlebars were not fitting properly into the base of the bike. Even though the replacement part had to be shipped from overseas, the process was smooth, and once it arrived, the replacement worked perfectly. I truly appreciate the level of care, communication, and follow-through from the seller. As for the bike itself, my reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is based on the item design, not the customer service. I’m 5’11” with long legs, and while the seat does slide (which is great), I think the bike would benefit from allowing the handlebars to slide back one or two additional notches. There’s a limit to how far the seat can be adjusted before it affects proper alignment for hips and knees, so having a bit more handlebar adjustability would make a big difference for taller riders. Overall, this is a solid bike, and the customer support from MERACH—especially Jesse—was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this seller and hope future models consider this small ergonomic improvement for taller users.
