This was delivered March 26. FedEx did the delivery and it was terrible. The box was had five or six punch holes and I’m not just talking small hoes. I mean these are rips. One of them had to be directly onto the monitor, which didn’t appear to be damaged, however. Putting the bike together was relatively easy easier than unpacking the product. The monitor will not work by that I mean. Display screen is unresponsive to touch No settings menu or gear icon visible Cannot access Wi-Fi or streaming app setup (this is what Amazon Rufus ai stated). This was incorrect information by Amazon. This was passed on to Merach. now I’ve contacted Merach Customer Support and Customer Service through email with pictures and a very concise description on what the issues are that was sent out now I have not heard back from them as of yet, it’s been one day and it was sent out on a weekend. They did contact me saying that their full team would be back on Monday. However, this needs to get resolved because one of the reasons I bought this thing was to replace a defective Lifecycle. I’m sad to say, but also because I could connect my iPhone to the monitor. So I can watch cycling races as I ride. Now I’m expecting a delivery today of an adapter for HDMI with USB C connection. This didn’t work. I think the best thing to do is just to swap out the monitor for a new one. It connects when the power is on the screen comes up, but it’s not responsive to the touch and there’s no gear icon. (incorrect information from Amazon). In regards to the toe clips that came with the bike, I used those toe clips about 30 years ago never did like them. I’m pulling those things off because I ordered some speedplay pedals to replace that so I can wear some cycling shoes to get those off of this bike. I’m not having a very good experience with this bike and it’s starting to get really frustrating, due to incorrect information from Amazon. All of this has been passed on to Merach. UPDATE: Merach has been in contact with me explaining issues and how to solve. Also they did reseacrh on why Peacock cannot connect to the monitor. There is a copyright issue, i can screen mirror other apps but not Peacock due to this issue. Merach has been very helpful they are even offering discounts on shipping package damage and issues with the monitor. So they are coming through with customer service. UPDATE: the Customer Service rep that I’m working with has been phenomenal. They helped to resolve all of the issues I had with the monitor and explained to me that the monitor was OK however with copyright issues with Peacock, I cannot mirror those races which is too bad. But that’s not the fault of the manufacturer. Now they have given me a discount, not only on the shipping package being damaged, (FedEx) but also on what they called the inconvenience to me, dealing with all these things. I also explained to them that I didn’t like the toe clips because they just are something that I use 30 years ago never did like them and I’m buying a new set of speed plays to match the new shoes that I bought, new cycling shoes. Anyway Merach came back with an email and said to me hey let us know the cost of the new pedals and will reimburse you for those. I mean, I was floored with that offer. The generosity of these guys is just above and beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced before in regards to Customer Services. So with that being said, I would definitely highly recommend purchasing products from these guys because their Customer Service is top-notch. The bike works well it’s very smooth and very quiet now that all of the components to it have been explained and understood by me the buyer. I can’t say enough about the quality of their customer service. It really has been phenomenal and again, I highly recommend buying products from these guys.

My husband, son, & daughter have used this stationary bike the most since we got it this week. My husband likes that there aren't too many pieces to assemble and that it's designed with more safety features in mind than the stationary bikes he uses at the gym. This stationary bike has a minimalist look that he appreciates. The wheels, bike belt, etc. are all covered and will prevent snags & other accidents from uncovered parts. This also has a smaller profile than the gym bikes and doesn't take up as much space. Even where the bottle holders and phone/tablet stand are located are with space-saving in mind. This stationary bike @ 30 lbs has good stability. Not too lightweight yet not too bulky either. The front wheels allow this bike to be pulled & relocated to another spot. Its adjustable seats, pedals, and height allows my family to use this @ their preferred level. So far, I've pedaled on it a bit but not a full workout. Pedals are smooth & quiet. Like how the shoe straps have more secure straps so my feet don't accidentally slip out of them. Both my son and daughter downloaded its Merach app. It's not required to use. My husband just uses this bike's round digital controls to set the time, speed, workout option. But my kids prefer to use the app since it has more workout options and remember their workout/health info and preferences. The app can track the workouts/health better than just the bike's digital controls. Plus they like the fun workout videos/images that the manual bike controls lack. Highly recommended.

Bike itself seems to work well, but pretty bummed that they advertise that you can watch Netflix and Prime Videos on the monitor, but you actually can’t. All platforms prohibit screen mirroring. You are also unable to play the videos through a c port cord. Looks like the only way you can watch the videos is through an hdmi cable (no hdmi connection on the monitor) or screen casting from Netflix, but the monitor does not send out a screen casting signal. Not sure if there is any other way around this yet. Hoping to figure something out.

The bike is everything I expected it to be and I am very pleased. HOWEVER... Purchasing it through Amazon was a HUGE mistake and I tried to cancel the order (way before the 24 hour mark) after I found that the same bike was $200 cheaper from the actual Merach website. After attempting to cancel the order Amazon had responded with "you are unable to cancel this order" This review has nothing to do with the bike, I am very pleased with the bike. The shopping experience is/was very frustrating. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research if you are interested in purchasing this bike.

This is a review for MERACH Exercise Bike. The bike itself wasn't too hard to assemble and came with all the necessary parts. It is a smaller exercise bike, and I like that it's not so huge that it takes up a lot of space in my bedroom. It's fully adjustable, the seat and handlebars, for any height. Weight limit is 270lbs. The bike itself is about 30 pounds or so. It has a place for your water bottle along with a cell phone or tablet stand. The operation is very quiet and all the belts is enclosed. I really like the foot straps for added protection. I would recommend this bike for small spaces and as a very quiet exercise bike.
