I’m almost 70 years old and female, and I assembled this elliptical by myself. So far, so good! Runs smoothly and quietly, while providing a great workout for me. I have to admit - I have worked out all my life - running when I was younger, taught aerobic classes, swam laps, and still have a gym membership to use ellipticals, etc. However, having a decent elliptical in my home gym is so convenient when the weather is bad, or I just don’t feel like driving to the gym. This elliptical is surprisingly sturdy, functions well, and gives me a really awesome workout. It’s a great buy, too!

This was not worth the money. The product is falling apart (water bottle holder, part of the foot rest is chipping). The product is not a smooth motion it Jenks when you are on the down motion. I could excuse everything if it provided smooth use but it's not.

this product is NICE it is small and compact, incredibly quiet! NOTE: it is easy to put together but you have to make sure you tighten down all the hardware otherwise you will experience some wobbliness, but once you get it all tightened down it is a beautiful thing. The app is nice. has programs that run anywhere from 5 - 11 min for beginners (me) up to 45 min. tracks your work outs and heart rate. I thought the monitor was battery operated, but it has a power cord so make sure you set it up next to an outlet.

Loved the machine until it failed. The rating is for 350lbs. I weighed 330 at the time. The support bars on both sides failed. Joe, at their customer service center was nothing less than amazing. The machine may have failed, but Joe did not. First he got approval to have the support arms replaced. When it was determined that these support arms were unlikely to be available anytime soon, he got approval to refund me the purchase price. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. What a pleasure to have someone on the other end work like that for the customer. Again, loved the machine. I would have preferred to have it fixed. Be careful on the weight rating. The support arms were bent so badly that I could not get the screw out.

The product itself is pretty good. The handles are wobbly even after making sure everything is tight, and the hr monitor is nowhere close to accurate, so please don't depend on that.
