This product is fantastic! If you don’t have a true wooden box spring, you NEED a bunkie board. Don’t waste your time with the cheap wooden planks. This brand creates a high quality, solid bunkie board. It doesn’t add extra height to the mattress. No bars or planks and no assembly required. I unboxed it, put it under my mattress, and immediately my mattress firmed up how it was designed to be. My mattress isn’t squishing between my platform slats anymore. I know this is going to increase the life of my mattress. I’m sure this rave review sounds over the top, but it really is that good. This is just one component that I have used to help with a mattress that is only 2years old and it has sagging occurring in high pressure spots. The bunkie board is a good quality and helped to raise the mattress off of the wood slats and give it a firmer base. I also purchased a mattress corrector that I placed on top of the bunking board that pushes the sagging parts upward. My back feels much better in the mornings and I didn’t have to drop a few thousand dollars to replace the expensive mattress. Absolutely worth the money.

This bunkie board is very sturdy and well made. It fit perfectly on my queen bed frame. You do have to have slats across the bed frame to support the bunkie board.

I bought this low profile bunky board to support the mattress in our oldest son's loft bed. We have a traditional bunky board on our middle son's bed, and while the quality is great, it would've taken up too much space on the loft bed. Enter the low profile version. It's still just as sturdy. The bottom has tiny grippers in a honeycomb pattern so that it stays in place. I even feel a little bit better about the gap between the bed frame and mattress. Before I added this bunky board, I had stuffed the gap with pillows, although I still worried he would put his foot through and break an ankle. This seems to have solved that problem too, since the bunky board fits the bed frame better than the mattress.

I have to admit that I wasn't sure I needed this when I bought it. I bought it to solve a problem. When I tucked in my flat sheet under my mattress, it would hang down between the slats of the bed and my cats would attack it. I didn't want them to ruin my sheets so I decided to get something to solve that problem. I ordered this Bunkie Board and I am so glad I did! It solved several problems. Importantly, the cats no longer attack the sheets under the bed. It has a rubbery, non-slip top. The sheets stay tucked so much better than they used to. It also keeps the mattress in place so it doesn't slide away from the head board. This thing is incredible. I will never have another platform bed without one of these. It is a total game-changer. I am really happy with this purchase.

I have a metal platform bed and a purple mattress from a long time ago, and my hips felt like they were hitting the metal. I got this bunky board to prolong the life of my mattress and I don't feel that pain on my hip anymore. Easy to set up if your mattress doesn't weigh over 100 lb like mine but this worked out pretty great. Really glad to find out that this is a Houston company I appreciate supporting folks that live around me.
