I love my twin bunkie boards! I purchased the twin size and they covered my platform bed completely. I placed the shelf liner side(the part that keeps the covered boards in place) against the bed poles/slats, and they stayed secure. Placed my twin mattress on top and no more sagging😃 or squeaking! But I do need to mention that I did tighten the screws to my faux cast iron bed before placing the boards. There are three boards folded and wrapped in a waterproof material for the top, middle and bottom of the bed. Just unfold and place. I am very happy with my purchase.

Because of limited storage space in my bedroom, I got a bed frame that would allow storage boxes beneath. The problem was, my mattress and box spring combo then became way too high. After researching several options, I purchased this bunkie board, and found that it was just as comfortable as the old box spring. NOTE: my new bed frame had wooden slats (not just "open air" inside a square), and I placed the bunkie board so that its slats are perpendicular to the bed frame slats. Two problems solved with one purchase: the bed is now a normal height, and the mattress sits comfortably on the bunkie board to give me a good night's sleep. This is an awesome product: you just open its box, unfold the 2 boards, and place them on the bed frame and then put your mattress on top; it's so easy to assemble, and there has been no sliding around. Excellent value; I believe it's better (& worth the extra price for a good night's sleep) than the cheaper models my friends have.

Excellent product. I desperately needed a sturdy bunkie board however, no way to transport. This foldable board provides excellent mattress support . I suffer from back pain and I recommend this board. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I only have one suggestion to make, please mark the side that goes down,rather than say put the Silicone side down. Both sides look like silicone except for the bumps. Good product nevertheless.

This made an immediate difference in my mattress. I had a big sinking section on my mattress and you could see the difference once this was installed. It took my boyfriend less than 5 min to install. Worth the money.

We bought this because of continued issues with our king bed (we inherited through the purchase of a house) that was just too soft (despite also having box springs). Full disclosure, we also installed center bed supports beneath the box springs to give the center of the bed more support. We like the bed, but kept having issues with our backs and shoulders. The bunkie board is one of the few that we found to fit a king bed and the folding design made it very easy to install and has a smartly placed gripper side to avoid sliding. I love this. We put that directly on our box springs. We also loved that, because a king bed has two box springs with vertical support, the bunkie board running horizontal was an additional support cross beam. The mattress slid into place easily. It does add a bit of height to the bed, but it’s not overt significant and our dogs were still able to find their way onto the bed! We found the boards to be very strong and sturdy and I felt confident they would support the weight of my husband and I. The first night, I slept 12 much-needed hours. Here’s what we found. First, the bed is definitely firmer and it’s easier to roll (you don’t get so sunk in that rolling is difficult). My husband weighs 90 pounds more than me, and usually the bed sinks so far, that I just sink to his side every night. That is no longer an issue, and the firmness of the bunkie support. Easy install and great sleep. As a new buyer, I highly recommend.
