First let me say this chair (so far) had been great. The one star is due to the customer service. The description on Amazon showed this has heat and massage - showed this two different places. I took a lot of time to research for a chair like this. We were supposed to get notice when the chair would be delivered, no one contacted us and my husband came home to find a huge crate in our front yard. This chair is very heavy so he got it in and all set up and we realized there was no heat or massage. I called and was told that they would have to come get the chair and then i would have to wait for a chair with heat and massage and then pay the difference. I explained that i took a lot of my time and effort to research and it was not my fault that the description on the site was wrong (in two places). There was nothing they could do. I gave them one more chance to make this right since it was all their fault and was told the best they could do was pick up the chair and get me the right one when available and i would have to pay the difference. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Like I said the chair is nice but customer service I felt very much dropped the ball on service. ... show more

I gave it a bad review, but it wasn't the chair. I was unable to receive the chair because the truck wouldn't come down my road and I couldn't pick it up where they left it (at a Post Office in a different town). Then they charged me for delivery (or something). But they have since made it right. I would have liked to have received the chair as it was just what I wanted and the price was right. ... show more

The chair was defective the massage wouldn't work I had problems with backstore they didn't want to take it back and when they finally did backstore me a 25% restocking fee and amazon has too far let them get by with it don't buy from backstore
