This seat pad works well. Textured underneath prevents it from 'migrating' all over the seat. Comfort is good. If you are looking for a 'cloud' to sit on....this is good but you need to know there is some compression in the foam and the get inserts are nice but not perfect. I am having a problem with my sciatica after driving more than 30-45 minutes. I put this in today to run some errands.
