I was skeptical when purchasing these wrenches at first due to the fact I have had other name brands in the past that worked quite well. I really enjoyed the look of these compared to polished steel. The finish on them makes it quite easy to read the sizes on the wrench. As a mechanic for over twenty years I can be picky about the tools I use and know the difference between good quality tools and shabby tools. The machining in these gear wrenches is done well and have used them on several occasions without a slip or break in the gearing. Solid wrenches for a good price. Ratcheting side gets dirty somewhat easily but works decently regardless. Smooth operation only issue I’ve had is the plastic container they come in if you don’t open it perfectly you won’t be able to use it for storage if you plan on carrying them anywhere.

Id give this no stars if I could. I bought these specifically to have a 17 and 19mm ratchet for working on the suspension of my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3. I broke the bolt free using the snake head, then flipped to the ratchet to take it out. I got around half of the threads out when the ratcheting mechanism separated from the wrench and fell to the ground. Its as if it was just glued and couldnt hold any weight on it whatsoever. 1 star because I was happy until it broke. ... show more
