i’ve had the chair for less than a year. Now I’m hearing cracks and creeks that are telling me the chair is internally breaking down. It’s already starting to lean to one side and it’s only a matter of time, a couple months give or take, before it breaks totally. But if that doesn’t go first if you were trying to control to make the chair move work spotty at best. After a year and a half the chair remote control burst in flames burning my hand ... show more

    • Lift works. Head cushion, not so comfortable.
The lift works well enough but the head cushion extends out too far and keeps my head pushed forward because of the amount of padding in the head cushion.

Assembly was not too difficult, could have been worse. Arrived earlier than expected. Very comfortable and looks great! The company that delivered the chair needs to learn to communicate better with customers.

This chair does not recline as far as I'd like it to . The seat isn't very soft or needs more cushioning . When i sit up the front edge cuts into the back of my legs . the padding on the foot rest kerps slipping around under the fabric causing it to bunch up on one end . Definitely disapointed in my choice . I sit here wishing I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old broken recliner the day this new one was delivered. ... show more

The back on the chair is very light and easy to bring inside. The bottom is heavy and you will need 2 people. The assembly was very straight forward but I had to hunt for the holes that the two screws go into that you put into the back where it connects to the seat. I am a very large individual and I easily fit into the chair. The chair seems very comfortable as heavy as I am but I did just get it. So far I really like it. ... show more
