In November 2025 at 1:00 am, my 82-year-old, 190 lb husband of 54 years took a fall. I am 79 years old weighing in at 110 pounds. Although I tried, it was physically impossible for me to help him stand. I had to call the paramedics and bless their hearts, they helped him back into bed. Fortunately, he hadn’t really hurt himself. The next morning I went onto Amazon looking for a chairlift. To be honest, I bought two because one could be here the next day and this one was going to take a few days. As soon as the first one arrived, I put it together. It was very heavy, loud and it didn’t move very smoothly, but at least I had it. When I received this one, I also put it together.. It was lighter in weight but still a little heavy but moved smoothly , over both floor and rug, and it was quiet. This was back in November 2025. I immediately reboxed the other one, which by the way, cost quite a bit more. and sent it back. Just a note my hubby has dementia and I have cameras to help me know what’s happening, as I proceed to get things done in the house. Yesterday he decided to sit down on the bedroom floor. He then picked himself up and went back to bed. A little bit later, he again sat down on the floor. This time he was unable to get up. I went upstairs, concerned that the chair might not be charged. I turned the power on, and it was ready to go. I proceeded to put it behind him, had him scoot back onto the chair, and had the chair lift him. It was fabulous. There was no problem. He felt very secure. He proceeded to stand up using the armrests and got back into bed. I cannot say enough about this chairlift. Since I hadn’t used it, I wasn’t sure what would happen. I recommend this chairlift to anyone who might have a similar problem. It is a Godsend!

This lift chair is a real life saver. Should have looked into something like this a long time ago. Recently my wife feel twice in one day and I had a very hard time safely lifting her from the floor. We are both 70+ and I had to come up with something that would help both of us. I searched the internet and found these lift chairs. I am very pleased with this one as it is made of steel rather than aluminum. Might be a little heavier than some of the others but I can tell that it is very sturdy and durable. I have tried it out myself as I can still get up and down alone. Was able to sit on the floor scoot over to the chair (in the full down position) and easily got seated. Used the remote and raised myself to the high setting position and simple stood up. It worked great. This is one of those items you invest in hoping it will never need to be used but you feel good knowing you have it available. It does fold up and I could have pushed it under her bed but since I have space in an office room and left it upright and wheeled it under an unused table. Highly recommend this lift chair to save your back and protect the fallen person from injury. If the fallen person does break bones or dislocations this chair should not be used, just call 911 and let the professionals take care of things.

We like it. Saves our back. Patients are severe fall risk and recent amputee. Pros It is very heavy, electric, easy to charge battery, arm rest, seat belt, wheels rotate any direction. Cons- brakes are useless because chair still moves a lot in lock position while trying to get person off floor or to try and transfer to chair or bed. Battery life sucks have to recharge every 3 days even when you turn it off. Used only once or twice every 3days to pick up patient. You have to detach charger from battery completely otherwise green light never goes off. Chair back could recline about 5 to 10 degrees to help patients. Material seems to be very cheap. We considered another chair but chose this because wheels move in every direction and it could be used with patients of different weights. Patients must be able to lift themselves and use upper body strength to get onto chair.

Outstanding, strong, sturdy, very helpful with weak or incapable patience. Lso helped with a heavy box or two off the floor to a shelf. Rolls very well on carpet and tile or hard woods. Comfortable and worth every penny. We own the higher level model as well. The only downside I see to the cheaper version is the handle bars are like a hand dolly and if your buying for an older person to push or pull their partner go up a level for the wrap around bar style over the two handles. It was difficult for my 70 YO mother to use this handle style verses the bar. But it works great for my in laws. Who are stronger in the hands but still needs help getting someone up off the floor or couch.

Amazing! SAVES THE DAY!!!!! Convenient! Portable, Battery, Inside or Outside! Bought this for my mom because we could not lift her without hurting her with all her joint replacements. She flipped her scooter twice, once on our street and once in her back yard. Our neighbors were able to get the chair lift out of the house, set it up behind her, she scooted back on the chair, then she pushed the controller which lifted her up. She stood and climbed back on the scooter and went to the house. Yesterday neighbors heard her yelling for help, called me, and we ran down to get the lift, took to back yard, and again she was lifted, she shifted into her scooter and away she went again! I have recommended to family, neighbors, and friends! Hands down WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This company firmly stands behind their products! My chair came within 10 days & worked once then stopped working when I contacted the company thru Amazon they very promptly (after asking for pics & receiving them) sent me a replacement that works perfectly! And because I couldn't put the original one back in the box they told me "no problem, just keep it"! The chair itself is wonderful, I can use it to lower myself down to floor level to do things & it's been a long time since I've been on the floor on purpose. It will save $ in not having to call for rescue!

I haven't had to use it yet so I can not address the ease, efficiency or comfort of this or it it will work for everyone. I'm not even sure my hubby will be able to use it as it requires the person on the floor to be able to put themselves into a sitting position & move laterally into the seat. We shall see the next time he falls. It DOES NOT lay flat for those unable to position themselves to get onto it, so that's something to be aware of before ordering. I WAS disappointed that it does not "just fold up" for easy storage & must be partly disassembled & even then does not stand on its own but falls over if you try to stand it up on its own. So fir us, it is sitting in our living room. It IS quite heavy which I imagine is due to its sturdy build. It does seem to be well built & the lift & lower worked as it should once fully assembled & tested tho i had nobodytosit on it to see how it does with that. It took me about a half hour to assemble & if you're a physically compromised caregiver or have arthritis in your hands you may want someone to assist you but overall pretty easy to put together even for this older arthritic lady. It arrived in a timely manner & was very well packed in a box I side a box. I will edit or add to this review once we've needed to use it & give my thoughts on that.
