It works well. It lifted me and also my husband just fine. We have a metal Hoyer lift that cant fit into places this one can. Also this lift can be rolled out to the driveway in case of falls getting out of the car too. I have the knowing that we can count on these lifts and not call on neighbors. Neighbors have said that they don't want to lift a 200lb man again, so this is a very good option. ... show more

This lift is made very well. Had no problem lifting my 280 lb frame. Maybe could have addressed the problem of a person who has fallen down and is alone by making the controls easier to access from the floor. But you can just leave the wired controls lay on the ground if need be

Works great. Peace of mind. Easy to put together but still trying to find out how to fold for storage: namely arms and legs. Can't get any info from anyone. Help!!
