This is a really nice lift—well-built and fairly easy to install. I did encounter some delivery issues, as three out of the four wheels were damaged. However, I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly and resolved my issue fairly. I’ve used the lift a few times since, and it’s working great. Just be sure to check the connections, as they weren’t tight and leaked everywhere. I tightened them up and added Teflon tape, and now there are no leaks. I like the product and it's functionality. I would like to give it a 5 star but the lift will not lift to the advertisement height. The locking clamp cannot go high enough to latch in the highest position. Measuring the dog locks they were welded in the wrong position and not the same on both sides. There is no way to address this without cutting and rewelding the dog locks so I am left with the lift going about 3 inches shorter than it said. ... show more

Hydraulic supply hose is only 5 feet long with no option if you need it longer. Also Pneumatic (air safety) lines not long enough either. Also hydraulic and pneumatic hookup very vague in description, no actual pictures of how pneumatics plumbs together. Or detailed description. Directions did not match up with way product was received/pre setup very well. ... show more
