    • Perfect thrifty heat-less mixing pan
All I intend to dedicate this for is mixing corn mash before putting it into a glass carboy and without heating it on the stove and for that it's perfect.. For my money though it might be a little thin for cooking something like chili which doesn't like to be stirred that often. That's why , in good conscience I couldn't rate to 5 stars since most people will want use it on the stove. If you want it for that i'd put it in a frying or pizza or bacon pan so as not to sit directly on the burner. Any of you guys out there testing it with magnets thinking it's aluminum ARE MISTAKEN.! 303 and 304 Stainless ARE NOT MAGNETIC . . . 316 might be weakly. magnetic because it has more nickel in it 400 series is magnetic because of some ferrous alloys in it. This pot is likely 304 because stamped pots is 304 Stainless steel's primary application purpose . . . It's just real thin that's all. Too thin to be aluminum. ... show more

Love this pot. We got it to make a seafood boil for five people, and it worked perfectly. It was actually bigger in person than I thought it would be. My sister loved using it here so much that she had me order her one for her house.

    • Very thin and flimsy
I bought this huge pot to dye clothes in and it worked for my purpose, but it's incredibly flimsy and thin. The handles wiggled and felt like they may fall off, right out of the box. I definitely wouldn't cook food in it, I feel like even on a low heat it would burn easily with the super thin bottom. ... show more

Nice sized pot. Came without any packing with dents around the bottom edge. Still usable, but not high quality. Easily dented.
