There is a large bar that cuts right across your back making this chair extremely uncomfortable. The quality is pretty good and it was relatively easy to assemble. The threads on the nut plate that held the back portion onto the seat portion were damaged so the screws had to be forced in. I put in a claim to return it and I was required to pay shipping to return it. Shipping was $104 for a $100 chair so I just kept it. Extremely unhappy. Don't buy this chair. ... show more

I purchased this for my son-in-law for an office chair he said it is comfortable he’s thin and 6’5” I was disappointed the message pillow stopped working after first use I reached out to them and they responded pretty fast and are sending a new one the main reason for leaving review is to let people know it’s not the chair that is advertised the seat was smooth and the ARM RESTS DO NOT MOVE!! ... show more

Assembly was easy with the instructions; however, the screws that attach the back of the chair to the seat did not fit properly causing the back to just slip off. I had to end up buying my own ‘nuts’ to attach to the screws in order to keep the back stable to the seat. Thankfully it wasn’t expensive to just buy the nuts, but they did NOT come with the purchased product. ... show more
