  • Excellent!
Been waiting for a device like this to come out for years now. Thank you unihertz for making such an awesome product at an inexpensive price. The keyboard feels impeccable and the software seems to run perfect during the transfer! The phone comes with a case, charger, and even a screen protector the attention to detail is there! ... show more

  • BEST PHONE I'VE EVER OWNED
I'm running it with Niagra Launcher from the playstore, it suits the square screen the best. This is the best phone I have ever owned, it is an absolute powerhouse and a perfect fit for me! Potential cons you haven't thought of: Square screen (gaming may be awkward), It's a big phone, it's heavy, If you have small hands, you may want to find a way to hold one first to see if you can handle it. If you're anything like me, it is the best phone ever. Long Live physical keyboards! ... show more

  • Wait for the elite model
I bought this phone coming from an LG V60. First thing I noticed is that the screen is the lcd contrast which the screen is fine when running light mode application's and most screen use is fine. If you wear polarized sunglasses it will have a rainbowing effect. The keyboard was got me drawn into buying this device. I think it works pretty we'll. It takes Some getting used to but it carries word suggestions which is nice. The square aspect ratio makes this phone unique the resolution is 1440x1440. I don't watch vertical videos on phones at all and prefer to use a desktop or a laptop for watching videos and gaming. The square screen is nice despite being a lousy lcd 60 hz panel. No headphone jack but most people sadly don't care about that anymore. The IR blaster is a neat feature to have. 12 Gb of Ram is pretty comfortable for modern android Unihertz is currently working on a Titan 2 Elite which will have a square AMOLED screen and other improvements. it might cost more but AMOLED is a better display technology. The keyboard is pretty good to type on with a nice click sound. The gestures are a bit hit or miss. You cannot open the app drawer of swipe down for notifications. ATT does not give me 5g on this device but I really don't care about 5g all to much. ... show more

  • Like a blackberry but Smart.
Exactly what i was looking for. Works on Verizon. No issues so far as of 1/5/26. Will update as time goes on. Update 2/2/26 still works as expected upon getting it I had to purchase a Sim card. For Verizon you have to change the cellular settings to 4g/GSM/LTE in order for RCS Messaging and media messaging to work so no 5g is available for use on this phone through Verizon unfortunately. As far as features it's a pretty basic phone. It's not flashy or has a ton of bells and whistles like a flagship. It's a 400 dollar niecsh phone, for the price point the phone is phenomenal. Camera is decent when completely still, any movement and it's super blurry so not very good photo stabilization but does the job. (photo attached) Above all if you're wanting a blackberry style experience with the convenience of an android OS this phone is a great crossover and I currently use this as my daily phone. ... show more

  • NOT compatible with Verizon
Great phone overall however it is not compatible with Verizon networks like it says. So I had no choice but to return the device. It was a super cool phone though.

  • Disappointed :/
The keyboard backlight was defective directly out of the box… one spot is EXTRA bright, another spot beneath it is VERY noticeably MUCH dimmer & a different brightness still on the other side of the keyboard Its embarrassing because it makes the device look defective & cheap.. so unfortunately i just keep the backlight off.. …which is disappointing because the device looks so much better with the backlight on full brightness IF it works properly, and is obviously missing one of its convenient features when the backlight is kept fully off :( i was so excited & waited for MONTHS to get one of these devices, that i didn’t want to have to go through the hassle of the entire process of returning it & having to wait even longer for a replacement… Considering i paid $400+ for this device to replace AN IPHONE, (thats how excited i was for it) im very disappointed that i didn’t receive a perfect device :( I wish i had sent it back for a replacement but now its beyond the return time frame :( (Also turning the screen off & back on quickly often can make it freeze on an all black screen…has happened so many times, & once i even had to hold down the power button until the device restarted because it wouldn’t go back to normal after several minutes) ... show more

  • Solid Non-Blackberry, Blackberry Experience
This phone is perfect for those missing the Blackberry. The keyboard clicks are solid and the phone is "bricky", but it isn't too big to hold or too heavy. I have At&t and after getting a physical Sim card, it connected to the network with no issues. The screen protector that came with it was junk, so I suggest getting glass ones. It was a Tpu one that ripped and was hard to put on. The case that comes with it is nice and is tpu. The display is bright. The side fingerprint sensor and face unlock are flawless. For scrolling, it is snappy and responsive. There isn't lag. Works flawlessly with At&t. I debated for literal hours if I wanted to spend $400 on this phone, but I am glad I did. It was a 55th birthday present to myself because I really miss my Blackberry. The backlit keyboard is bright and the colors pop on the screen. If you are looking to relive Blackberry with the Android OS, don't hesitate. It is an amazing phone. ... show more
