I have been taking this for several months. I do not mind the flavor since you have to keep it in the fridge after opening. It tastes better chilled. Having said that..... even if this tasted terrible I would still be taking it. The results are amazing! I had been struggling with hair loss and thinning for years. I have tried SO MANY supplements oral and topical. Some have worked but nothing has worked like this product. My hair is the longest and the thickest it has been in years. I have this on my subscribe and save and will never be without it. I take it every morning. I did adjust the amount and only take 1 tablespoon. Only because it is not the cheapest product and a bottle was not lasting a full 30days at the recommended dosage. I took the full dose for 2 weeks and then lowered it. I can honestly say this is one of the best supplements I have found. I have been able to stop applying all the expensive topicals and taking the oral ones I was using and simply drink this daily. My nails are great, my skin looks better... and the hair growth for the win! I am very pleases with the ingredients and the effectiveness of this product. HIGHLY recommend!

It takes time and it might not be for everyone but it's working great for me. Ordered July 1st and started taking the same day. I did have an adjustment period (think a bit of nausea and a few extra bathroom visits) but after a week I was good. It is now Aug 8th and my hair is so shiny and soft! It was soft before but this is next level. It's getting thicker but it's still early on so my ends are not equally as thick yet. I had my ends trimmed and I obviously have less shed because they do look a bit bushier. I believe it has extended my growth period so that's why. My skin has never really been a problem but I usually get a pimple or two around my period and I still do. Nothing extra though so that's a plus (I heard some folks breakout). My nails are stronger and longer too. I have one more serving in this bottle and 2 bottles waiting. I'm definitely going to keep using this for awhile. Maybe I'll downgrade to something cheaper later on but for now the sales and subscribe and save makes it manageable. Personally, I enjoy the flavor and the consistency so I don't know what all the complaints are about. Although I am someone who enjoys wheat grass juice, protein powder and bars, oysters and whatever else people normally complain about.

I’ve been taking MaryRuth’s multivitamin for a few weeks now and I’m seriously impressed. I usually forget to take vitamins because I don’t like pills, but this one is super easy — the taste is nice and natural, and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and I don’t feel as tired during the day. My digestion is better too, and my skin looks more glowy. I also love that it’s vegan and made with quality ingredients — you can tell they really care about what goes into it. It’s now part of my morning routine and I genuinely feel the difference. If you’re looking for a clean, effective multivitamin that’s actually enjoyable to take, this is the one. Totally recommend it!

I began taking Mary Ruth’s for my thinning hair due to weight loss and menopause as I was desperate to find an answer.. I was surprised that I do like the mango/peach flavor. I put it in a shot glass and take it every morning as part of my daily routine. My hair does seem to slowly be returning. My finger nails are strong again. I gave it four stars only because it is not the only thing I take for my hair daily. I also take a biotin and collagen that my Dr recommended. But I WILL continue to take this supplement.

I’m on my third bottle of MaryRuth’s Hair Vitamins, and I can confidently say these are the real deal. Before starting, my hair was feeling dull, shedding more than I’d like, and just not growing like it used to. Now? It’s shinier, stronger, and I’ve noticed way less breakage when I brush it. This product really does work. I’ve noticed that my mood has increased my hair every time I breed it within like a week to 2 1/2 my hair needs another touchup because it in grew about maybe an inch. I love this stuff I know people say it has a bad taste good to me it taste real good if you just hurry up and swallow it, you won’t really have a bad time with it. I like it 100/10 it’s Good for price range my sleep has improved. The ingredients will give you all the vitamins you need.

This multi vitamin is the best. It is on the pricey side but to be honest it’s worth it. I get the peach mango flavour and it tastes great! Not too sweet not medicinal either nor does it upset my sensitive stomach. I have definitely seen progress with my hair growth. My hair was falling out a lot and now I can see and feel the thickness back in it, I am amazed! I didn’t have high hopes initially but the raving reviews convinced me. What’s great is that I get all my vitamins and my hair lush! I’m 56 and I take 2 tbs daily along with Nordic Naturals DHA and nothing else! On my 3rd bottle and as long as the quality remains the same, this is it!
