Hello! This is the second time I've purchased this product. The first time was November 2025 and the second was March 2026. The first time I got the mango and the second time I got the dragon fruit. I personally enjoy the dragon fruit flavor more! I love the size and appearance of the bottles. They're easy to store in the fridge and aren't too slick to grip. They are gentle on my stomach and don't irritate it like some other vitamins I have to take with food (HERS). I feel like the liquid is an immediate absorption as I notice a slight highlighter color in my urine following my morning dose. There is no horrible odor or anything. Personally I have not noticed any changes in my energy levels taking this. WARNING: when you first start taking this, like the very very first time, be absolutely prepared for hair shedding! I'm not talking about 15 strands of hair, I'm talking about large amounts.. like scary amounts. My hair is 1A, very fine, thin strands. I usually have more oil in my scalp and my ends are more fragile to damage. With that being said, my hair grows relatively slow. Following my first bottle of this stuff, my hair shed so much I was actually so concerned and consulted HERS for a hair consult and got hair vitamins+ hair medicine. AND THEN it dawned on me, that my hair was restarting its growth cycle. I immediately went into shedding cycle. That being said, I purchased this again because I prefer it over the hair vitamins+ medicine I got from HERS. Because I kept taking my vitamins, I would imagine my hair cycle will not restart again, but will sustain my current hair growth. So just an FYI, for anyone who is starting this and wants to see hair growth, this will very likely RESTART your hair growth cycle, which means you will lose hair that is dormant and new hair growth will replace it. Expect lots of shedding and seeing new baby hairs EVERYWHERE. Overall, I give this product 10/10. I highly recommend it. It is expensive compared to other options; however, I have seen and felt better results using it compared to many others available and this always goes on sale. I'd suggest using this because it lowkey cuts all the corners and the results speak for themselves. Quick google search of hair growth cycle: The hair growth cycle consists of four distinct, continuous phases—Anagen (growth), Catagen (transition), Telogen (resting), and Exogen (shedding)—that operate independently for each follicle. Roughly 90% of scalp hair is actively growing in the Anagen phase, which lasts 2–6 years, while the entire cycle ensures hair sheds and regenerates. The Four Stages of Hair Growth Anagen Phase (Growth): The active growth phase where cells divide rapidly in the root. This phase lasts for 2–6 years, determining the length of hair. Catagen Phase (Transition): A short transition phase lasting 2–3 weeks where hair growth stops and the follicle shrinks. The hair detaches from the blood supply, forming a "club hair". Telogen Phase (Resting): The resting period, lasting about 3 months. Approximately 10–15% of hair follicles are in this phase at any given time. Exogen Phase (Shedding): The final stage where the old hair sheds, often overlapping with the next Anagen phase. It is normal to lose 50–100 hairs per day.

I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair. Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh. I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out. This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well. Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now. I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere. I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again. I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again. The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting. It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc. This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

Wonderful! So far the only thing thats worked out of soooo many others. Helps my hair to stop shedding , stengthens the roots. Mine were dry and brittle before and now they are feelin stronger and healthy, my hair looks lively with a healthy shine. I can run my hands through my hair without strands falling everywhere. And it started working id say in like a couple weeks to a month it started helping. I take it daily in the an everyday. The taste isnt so bad either of the dragon fruit , in my opinion!!! The other one i was not a fan of … hope this helps !!

I really wanted to love this. Not a fan of the dragon fruit flavor. I’ve used it for over a span of two months. The flavor isn’t a smooth one. It has a weird affect in my throat after swallowing. The orange flavor is best. Additionally, I haven’t noticed any difference with my hair growth or texture. Probably because I’m over 40. Maybe for younger woman this product more effectively. There is so much hype about Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamins. Maybe I’ve gotta use their product everyday, not skipping or missing days In between weeks. In order to see true results. My hair still falls out. Doesn’t seem thicker. Nor do I notice new hair growth in areas when there is thinning. I might need a medicated product for my issue. Hopefully this works for other woman my age.
