I bought two of these for my boys who play lacrosse. They were easy enough to mold - dunk in hot water for a few seconds and bite down. They seem to do the job just fine. My only complaint is that the "cord" that attaches the mouthguard to the helmet is actually a rigid plastic, which doesn't flex very much at all. That means that when my boys take out the mouthguard, it tends to stick out in their face rather than dropping down out of the way. Despite that, these seem to work fine.

Works well for my teens football game and practices. It fit fine and is comfortable and moldable. It is designed to attach to the helmet so it doesn't fall out while in use. We got the black one, but wish there were other bright colors. Good value for the money.

My son is 6 and was in need of a mouth guard for lacrosse. The angle in which you have to put this in and how it kind of hugs the back teeth made it too advanced for him, and trying to mold it really was difficult and once I got him to do it I think he crushed the back a bit making it even harder to get in. It was a complete fail for us. Later at Academy Sports Store in person, we found lots of options and landed on one that was specifically for first time users, it didn't go as far back, no molding necessary, and easy to use. So just sharing for other young or first time users like us.

The fitting process was very easy and simple. You can reset the wax fitting as many times as you need in case you make up the first time. Definitely a great buy for a cheap price.

Bought for my 7 year old for hockey. I followed all directions to the letter. Set-up was seemingly easy. The mouth guard lasted one 45 minute practice. Now it is so warped it can't be used again. Waste of money. This was the 3rd different brand I've tried. Trying a different Shock Doctor product next... crossing my fingers.
