Wow, the company reached out to me after I left the disturbing message about missing pieces and extensions not coming in a box. Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. I'm starting to believe that this error could have possibly been on Amazon's end. Amazon could have received the return of this used product and put it in the wrong bin, not used returns, therefore being put back into stock and finding its way to me. #2 HotBananna went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this unfortunate matter. The company reached out to me immediately and wanted to resolve the issue. #3 They apologized to me numerous times and asked if I would like a new set of extensions to try for my inconvenience. They asked for my address, sent me notifications when they would be shipping them, and to watch for the package. They paid for the extension replacement and shipping costs. I was informed of the shipping tracking number so I could keep track of the package. What customer service, 100% loyalty to their customers! #4 I received my replacement of hair extensions, and being a first-time purchaser with HotBananna I was blown away by the superior quality of these extensions, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The color is point-on, and the quality of the hair is fabulous, with no shedding, or tangling, and thick from the roots to the ends. The clips on the extensions blend in with my hair so they do not show, and they have superior holding power and no slippage whatsoever. Absolutely hands down the BEST extensions I've ever had. I've had in the past tape ins, clip ins, and sew ins. I have thin fine hair, so tape ins and sew ins don't do my hair justice and can be seen through them. I prefer clip ins, because easy on my hair, but the problem I've run into with most clip ins, they don't hide well or hold well, or the color is off. >>I do NOT have this issue with HotBanana Beauty's extensions.<< --HotBanana Beauty's Extensions-- ••The clips are no snag, so if you get a slight tangle when taking out extension, it combs right through, but they hold really well, they are also comfortable!. ••The stitching of hair onto the clip is really well done, and with how the hair and stitching is done, the clips look natural under the hair if they peek through. It literally looks seamless. ••The hair is thick but not overly thick so it looks so natural. Which is an absolute plus. Because if it's too thick and you have thin fine hair, it looks fake. Hotbanana does it in a way that it's natural. If you have thick hair you would need more than one set. I have thin fine hair, I only needed one set. ••My absolute FAVORITE part of these extensions?! THE COLOR MATCH IS IMPECCABLE!! I have has issues color matching past extensions, it was always blamed on monitors being different colors etc. But the hair was all wrong. Another brand from Amazon (siu exquisite?) cost $7 for synthetic extensions and it ended up being better than this $80 human hair extension I bought. For context I ordered two 20" extensions. Customer service : I reached out to them via email and never heard back regarding color match Quality : way too overpriced for the quality. For reference I've tried over 10 different extension brands and $80 on Amazon from other brands will usually get me more hair density. Also if you compare it to my 20" synthetic hair, the length is not accurate I've tried enough brands to know that for the price, the quality and customer service is not there.
