The packaging wasn’t damaged and it was in a plastic bag. When I took the package out of the bag I noticed that there wasn’t a quality seal on the product. It came with a piece of packing tap on the lid. I saw dye on the outside of package. I opened the package and it appears that it was used or just didn’t have a quality seal. It does smell good which is a big difference in dyes. I’m not sure if I will use the product or not. ... show more
