They both work great , easier to clean and refill . The last product with in the first year the motor started going out . I have had these two for about 5 months and motor still sounds new and with asurian offered by Amazon now for past and future products , am going to stick with this brand .

I wanted to love it due to all the great reviews, but it's horrible. I don't know how everyone is so happy with theirs? Mine seems to always be going off in automatic mode, even when no cats use it. I've even done a Factory Reset and it still constantly goes. So now I have to put it in sleep mode and push the shovel button all throughout the day. You can barely put any litter in it, so you have to keep it cleaned out. Speaking of litter, it wastes a lot of litter when it dumps. I make sure I never go over the max fill line, actually I am under it, and it will put a good amount of clean litter in the tray. On the subject of the tray, it's not deep enough. After a few pee and poop clumps, you need to empty it or the barrel will grab some chunks as it circles back around to level out. Overall thought I'd save money and get a great buy. Buyer beware, spend the extra $100 and get a better, bigger one. Hope this helps your decision in this or that litter box.

My husband purchased this for me because I have Coughing issues when cleaning the cat litter. I cannot believe this machine! It works perfectly! I thought my cats would not care for this because it was so different than they playing all litter box… Boy was I wrong! They use this and I don’t even have to clean it… It cleans itself!! When it’s time to empty, I just open up the bottom compartment grab the bag and replace it… Wish I had bought this long time ago! Thank you for this invention!

My cat was a little slow to using but was fine after a few days. Ive been using a few weeks and so far works great. Very quiet works well. I would recommend good clumping litter. Ive been using the A&H Slide litter so clumps are filtered out easier. My only issue is the mesh that filters litter is plastic looks fragile and the was a gap at the top which litter got stuck. I put duck tape to seal it no issues now.

I ordered this product and it is one of the worst items I’ve ever ordered on Amazon. You still have to clean these litterboxes to keep the smell down but cleaning this one is a nightmare. It took at least 10 minutes to get the box to empty. I have another automatic litterbox that is so much better. Would not recommend this at all!!!’

I was skeptical to spend this much money on this. After speaking to a couple of friends who have litter robots and love them, I decided to give it a shot. My main concern was whether my boys would use it. I had nothing to fear! As soon as I set it up and put litter in there, my older cat immediately got in and used it. For the first couple of days, both cats would run over and watch it "perform" every time it would clean. My younger cat (in the photo) still runs over to watch. It's been a week now and they are still fascinated. The best part for me is the lack of smell. I work from home and I share work space with the litter box. It's a nice surprise when I walk into the room and don't immediately smell the litter box.

The set up instructions are trash, and the app is garbage… There are no clear instructions on how to assemble this. Online brand is Mangol, the app is Tuya, and the instruction card is labeled Petree. I’m returning this ASAP.

The media could not be loaded. We have five cats and are trying to come up with the most efficient way to take care of their litter boxes. We decided to try an automatic litter box in order to save time cleaning the litter boxes every day. We knew our ginger would be interested in it. Interested is an understatement. He is obsessed with this thing! It took me about 20 minutes to run the startup test because Oliver would not leave the thing alone! He started using it right away, and then lays down to watch it run its cycle. It's like kitty theater for him. (Ginger cat parents will understand...)The other four cats have been using it as well even though we've had it set up for less than a day. I set up a pet cam to see who was actually using it, and it makes for some great entertainment lol. We are definitely going to get another one! As for the actual product, it connected very easily to the network and is very user friendly. I can see time stamps of when it is being used, although I have a feeling that a lot of those timestamps were from Oliver missing with it. It is also very quiet.
