This thing is freaking awesome! Absolutely perfect for the job at hand. I couldn’t have asked for a better tool to get the job done. It’s ridiculously lightweight and yet extremely sturdy. By far the best bang for your buck, I am very satisfied and can't believe how cheap it was compared to other gimbal for DSLRs. If your on a budget this is absolutely the way to go, it handles my 90D with all of my lenses with ease and is a breeze to balance. Only downside is with the 90D you have to do a little fiddling to get the camera controls to work properly when connecting to the gimbal but honestly that's a small price to pay for such a great device at such a low price.

A good gimbal for its price... One of the very few gimbals I’ve researched that allows a 360° roll aside from a DJI Ronin S... This is a fairly new gimbal on the market; so finding more user tips/tricks/settings for this gimbal online have been a little tricky... Balancing the camera + lenses on this gimbal have been easier than I anticipated... Definitely need to configure the tuning of this gimbal’s movements so that it responds a bit faster

The offer a good warranty but It’s been over a month trying to get a replacement or something under the warranty but customer service is inexistent. Been writing emails loke crazy and the reply is we will get back to you. Impossible to recommend

I recently purchased this to go with my Ronin RS2 and it is a truly great addition. It gives me a sturdy reliable extension so that I can get more dynamic shots. If you need to see your shots, just add a phone holder and clamp it to GimBoom.

The media could not be loaded. I have a Canon 70D, my camera is not on the compatibility list, however it fits perfectly fine. The way its built you can adjust the hot shoe multiple ways to fit any DSLR. The Compatibility list (which is easily found on their website noted in boxed instructed) is only used for electronic connections to your camera, such as adjusting focus electronically, rec start/stop., etc. Its very easy to balance and use why shooting. Great Buy!

The actual gimbal is strong, holds any of my cameras with ease and seems to be a great asset to my toolkit. I have it a 3 star because the instructions are absolutely horrible. It shows you how to assemble only pasty of it and if you order the accessory kit, there are none at all. It does not show you how to connect the camera with hardware or Bluetooth/WiFi, does not show how to connect the remote and I have the multifunction accessory bar and have no idea where it goes. In the instructions it says go to a link for detailed instructions, but that only takes you to a soft copy of the booklet they already gave you. There are only two videos on the website on how to use and they are a very broad overview, no true details. Not at all what I expected from a company like Manfrotto.

The only reason why I purchased this item it was the fact that I could remove the handle and control the gimbal from some distance... well that distance happens to be less than 5ft to get reliable control. Note that this gimbal is not really manufactured by Manfrotto but just rebranded. Not recommended if you need to control it remotely! I just ended up returning it. Worth mention that all other basic gimbal functionality worked just fine.
