I so far quite like the tablet and keyboard it's perfect for when I need to write a paper. However I don't think the mouse should be included. Not only does it not connect to the tablet but you'll get several pairing devices that say they are the mouse but aren't. The quality of this tablet is horrible, and the battery life is even worse I say you would have about 20 minutes just to use it and then it goes dead immediately and takes forever to charge up. It runs super slow and I would say for the price it’s not even worth it at all.

The mouse don’t connect to the Bluetooth on the keyboard / tablet. I tried troubleshooting this device with no luck. They haptics to the keyboard are extremely slow. I can type a sentence and be done and it’s still typing on the tablet screen. It’s very low quality. However the tablet in itself is great for now.     • Keeps freezing and turning the screen black

I bought this tablet because my cat broke my old one. I am a digital artist that uses these kinds of tablets to draw. And since the screen of this one was bigger yet in my budget I bought is seeing as how it had plenty of good reviews. I started out not having many issues with this tablet just a few lags here and there until I spent a day drawing alot. I got about 9 hours into drawing when suddenly the entire tablet freezes and turned the screen black, ruining my progress on a design I needed for a game. This made me mad as I then had to turn off and back on the tablet and it deleted all my progress. Now today before I went into work I went to download a time laps video of my work and when I got home it did not save so i go to try it again and again the tablet lags out, turns off the screen and now I have to retry to download the video. My old tablet had no issues with any of this and has less storage and this tablet and a smaller screen. This is personally a waste of money yet I am stuck with this until I can buy a new tablet once again. I will atleast give it two stars since the charge is fine and atleast the screen turns on..... ... show more
