Highly recommended. Excellent quality.
Child lock + bottom load = total peace of mind for moms As a mom of two young kids, safety is always my first concern when buying home appliances. I replaced my old top-load water cooler with this bottom-load model a month ago, and it has quickly become one of my favorite household items. What impresses me most is the built-in child lock for the hot water spout. My little ones love to touch everything around the house, and this lock fully stops them from accidentally turning on the hot water and getting scalded. I no longer have to keep a constant eye on the machine all day long. Besides the excellent safety design, the bottom loading system is a game-changer for me. I used to struggle a lot when lifting heavy water jugs up to the top compartment, which put a strain on my arms and back. Now I just slide the bottle into the lower compartment effortlessly, and the powerful built-in pump works perfectly to deliver water without any noise or leakage. It supports all standard water bottles, both small and large sizes, so I can pick whatever is convenient for me. There are three practical temperature settings: cold, room temperature and hot water. The cooling system runs steadily even on hot summer days, and the water stays nice and cold all day. The whole unit operates very quietly too, so it never disturbs my children’s nap time or daily play. The body is sturdy and not easy to tip over, another great detail for families with active toddlers. The overall look is modern and sleek, blending well with my home decor. For all the moms out there looking for a safe, easy-to-use and reliable water dispenser, this one is absolutely worth buying.

Senior-Friendly Design, No Heavy Lifting Needed
I bought this water dispenser as a gift for my elderly parents, and it has become one of their favorite household items. My parents have bad backs and limited strength, so lifting heavy water bottles for traditional top-load dispensers was really tough on them. This bottom-loading design solves that problem completely. They just need to bend down slightly to put the water jug into the lower cabinet, no heavy lifting required at all, which protects their waists and joints. The operation system is designed to be super user-friendly for seniors. The buttons are big, the text is clear, and the three temperature modes are easy to tell apart. They usually drink warm water throughout the day, and use hot water to make soup and tea, while cold water is perfect for hot summer days. I also turned on the child lock function for them, not just for kids visiting the house, but also to prevent accidental touches when they move around the machine. The dispenser stands very steadily on the floor and never wobbles, so there’s no risk of it tipping over. Installation was simple too; I set it up in minutes during my visit, and they’ve had zero issues operating it ever since. If you’re looking for a practical and safe water dispenser for elderly family members, this is an excellent choice.

Sleek Modern Look That Matches Home Decor
I’m quite picky about the look of every appliance in my home, so I spent a long time comparing different water dispensers before picking this one, and I’m thrilled with how it fits my space. Most water dispensers on the market look plain and bulky, but this model features a sleek, modern minimalist design with smooth lines and a premium finish. It looks more like a stylish piece of home furniture than a simple water appliance. I placed it in my open-concept living area, and it blends beautifully with my contemporary home decor, receiving compliments from every guest who comes over. Besides the great appearance, the practical functions are equally impressive. The bottom loading structure keeps the top area clean and tidy, and the closed lower cabinet hides the water jug perfectly, so there’s no messy exposure inside. The three temperature modes fully meet my daily drinking needs, and the child lock adds an extra layer of safety for the home. The surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, so it always keeps a brand-new look even after daily use. The whole machine is well-crafted with great attention to detail. If you care about both aesthetics and functionality for your home appliances, this stylish water dispenser is definitely worth your consideration.

Easy to install and compatible with different bottle models
The machine is easy to install. It is also compatible with different models of 5 gallon water bottles. I bought the square bottle from Walmart and it works well. The hot and cold water completely changed how I use my daily water. No leakage, low noise.

Very nice
I really like it. It's cool and convenient to use. The design of the bucket below is very suitable for women to install. There is almost no noise. The hot water switch has a safety lock, so you don't have to worry about children pressing it randomly.
