Excellent quality. Arrived on time, well packed. The dispenser works as promised. So much easier than the top loading one. LOVE the fact it conceals everything inside, thus I am not looking at the ugly water jug resting on top. The cold water gets really cold, and the hot water is perfect for tea, cocoa, etc.
