So far very happy with this water cooler. Was extremely easy to set up. Has switches in the back which is super safe for my kids, since I don't want them using the hot water. It's very quiet when it cools down the water and the size is just right for my kitchen. The stainless steel and black goes perfectly with my kitchen appliances. the buttons in the front of cooler makes it easy for my whole family to use.

Water cooler was brand new and everything looked great. Until I plugged it in and seen water going everywhere all over the floor If I hadn’t been an experienced maintenance technician I would have had to return it After removing the top I noticed the fill tube from the pump to the tank was never connected. After installing the fill tube to the pump it’s been working just fine Obviously the quality control at this manufacturer is a dumpster fire or they don’t have a quality control department To not even take the time to test it for its main function is insane Will never buy another product from this company after this Update: I’ve changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. Manastin reached out to me with a partial refund offer to compensate me for having to repair a brand new product. I’m very surprised of the support after the sale from the company. I would buy from them again in the future Second update: So just over a month and the compressor stopped working completely. So no cold water. Absolutely ridiculous, had to install the fill tube the day I got it because it was never connected, and now a month later and no cold water. ABSOLUTE JUNK!! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANNA PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND AFTER A MONTH!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. QUALITY CONTROL IS NON EXISTENT

It's a nice e water dispenser. Make sure to read all the setting instructions first. It is quiet though when refilling the water it can get pretty loud for a while. The water comes out good and its an alright cold temperature.

My husband and I were tired of going to Sam’s Club every weekend and buying 3-4 cases of water. Let’s just say you would think my husband and daughter were fishes!! They drink so much water. We had been looking for a water dispenser and after reading reviews we purchased this one. I am an amputee so I would be unable to put a 5 gallon water bottle on top of a dispenser. This dispenser the water goes at the bottom so even I can change them out. Absolutely love that the water is ICE cold and also has the option for HOT water. I would recommend this to everyone! Hardly makes noise and it cools the water almost instantly. Also has a lock on the hot water so if you have little ones, they won’t be able to push the hot water button without being unlocked.
