Learning how to work sublimation. I am not to sure on print color quality yet. I don't like the idea of having to search for a driver online when I paid a pretty price for a printer though. Had to call Epson support to find the correct driver and I am pretty knowledgeable with technology. They had to check my IP address to match it since it wasn't the correct one listed on their page. Had to email me the right one. So I give it 4 stars for that. The actual quality may be better with another print out. ... show more

    • Lies and unauthorized product sold
Be aware! The products the sell might be grey market products not authorized to be sold in US. If you are okay with not having manufacturers support or product registration and still pay full price then sure but if you care for either of that, do not buy or be extra careful. I bought this printer and when installing tried to register it and update the firmware, got error and Epson told me that the product was unauthorized for sale in US and Canada. I tried to work with seller in good faith and did all the steps they told me (that all turned out to be lies). When i returned it, they slapped me with a 50%restocking fee claiming the product was used. There was no way of knowing if it before registration and it could only be done after installation.
