The hot water doesn’t dispense the room. Temp doesn’t dispense but the cold water does dispense. Definitely just go to a store and buy one because it’s not worth it.

Fed-ex driver is a boss. Took care in making sure it was secure and a place where no one would snag it without attention. The bottom fill of the dispenser was a great selling point. Easiest to load and with no mess. Easy to follow instructions were a time saver. Does what the description says

It arrived later than we thought it would, but not much later. We had several bottles of water and no way to drink them (the spicket broke on the old one) so we went to Amazon to find out next water cooler. It was pretty easy to set up, but our square bottles don't fit. You need round bottles (we're buying some today) The cooler won't suck in the water unless the bottle is inside the compartment and the door is closed (which will only close with round bottles, not our square ones) That's all fine and well, but we had to temporarily rig the switch on the door to get the watery out and into the cooler by taping it up. It is much louder than our older one. We'll get use to it but we use to think the other one was noisy. This one is very loud. Scares the cats even when it switches on to heat/cool the water. Now the good stuff... The cold is very cold and the hot is perfect for tea. I love the flat surface on top (I put a small arrangement to decorate the corner is in) and now we don't have to heft 5 gallon bottles up and quickly drop in. It's all black and looks nice in the house. Our last one was stainless steel and you could see water drips down the front. That should not be the case with this one. So other than the fact we had to switch the shape of our bottles and the sound level, as of 12 hours from receiving the water cooler/ heater, we're happy with the purchase. I'll update if that changes.

Arrive with safe packaging. And wow the water dispenser is amazing, three modes-warm/hot water for cold winter mornings, and cool water for refreshing afternoon. So happy I found out this dispenser! I could get hot water real quick, no need to resort to kettle anymore which waste so much time
