It arrived later than we thought it would, but not much later. We had several bottles of water and no way to drink them (the spicket broke on the old one) so we went to Amazon to find out next water cooler. It was pretty easy to set up, but our square bottles don't fit. You need round bottles (we're buying some today) The cooler won't suck in the water unless the bottle is inside the compartment and the door is closed (which will only close with round bottles, not our square ones) That's all fine and well, but we had to temporarily rig the switch on the door to get the watery out and into the cooler by taping it up. It is much louder than our older one. We'll get use to it but we use to think the other one was noisy. This one is very loud. Scares the cats even when it switches on to heat/cool the water. Now the good stuff... The cold is very cold and the hot is perfect for tea. I love the flat surface on top (I put a small arrangement to decorate the corner is in) and now we don't have to heft 5 gallon bottles up and quickly drop in. It's all black and looks nice in the house. Our last one was stainless steel and you could see water drips down the front. That should not be the case with this one. So other than the fact we had to switch the shape of our bottles and the sound level, as of 12 hours from receiving the water cooler/ heater, we're happy with the purchase. I'll update if that changes.

This is a reliable water machine which can be suitable for most of water containers. Mine container is 5 gallon bottle, it can be put inside easily without lifting it up. The water pump is a game changer. The water flow is fast enough compared with my old set up. I like the function of heating and cooling, I haven’t use my water boiler since I bought this machine, easy plug and go, water water anytime ready for tea making.

The dispenser works ok but the door won’t stay closed on the bottom half. I had to put magnets on it to keep it closed. Then the tray to set your water bottle on to fill is not long enough. You can’t put a tall drink bottle on it! Then a light so you could see how much you have filled the water bottle would be nice.
