We bought it earlier on Black Friday. Our family is very poor and we usually can't afford high end products like this. When this robot vacuum went on sale, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to purchase it. I am chronically disabled and my partner has autism. Cleaning has always been a challenge, especially the floors. As gross as the floors are, we just let them get worse. Hair and debris stick to the floor and our mop isn't the best. We swept the floors occasionally, but we were busy and had to go to my appointments, so there wasn't much we could do about the mess. Since we stay home more during the holidays, things usually get worse in the house, so I bought a vacuum cleaner that isn't a robot vacuum cleaner to help out. However, we needed a mop, and the one we're using now doesn't work very well. Because of this, even though $360 is a lot for people like us, we felt the deal was well worth it because we needed it so badly. And boy, did we need it. Pros. Cleans floors amazingly well Not too loud Mops and vacuums at the same time, which is not possible with normal household equipment and regular cleaning schedules. Adds more life to our house and makes it look more fun and interactive Endlessly timed and customizable with built-in apps App is free Easy to connect the charger

I have never owned one of these. There are many pros and cons. from what I understand the Cons I had an issue with are Cons for all these robot vacuums and not specific to this one for the most part. It was a lot smaller than I was expecting, which is good that it fit under my furniture and bad that the tiny collection bin fills up fast. It works great as far as a vacuum, charge lasts long, 2 levels of suction power, finds its base on its own when you tell it to go there or its time for it to charge. It has a remote and a phone app, both work great. It can go from wood floors to area rugs of different thicknesses easily. I do not use the mop function because i think it would not be good for my wood floor. Things I don't like: -It gets caught in all power cords it comes across which is all power cords you have. -It can't handle thin area rugs like all vacuums. it sucks them up and it drags them all over, so it's either gewt rid of the rugs or the vacuum. -you are not supposed to put the mopping accessories in the vacuum when you are not using them. this leaves velcro exposed which grabs all the pet hair as its drives around. Over all I really like this but the thin rug issue and the power cords will probably make this not a long term solution for me. I will say this is not specific for this vacuum and similar for all robot vacuums.

This is a great little robot vacuum. I liked it so much I bought a second one for the basement. I don't even need to use the app. The controller is a huge bonus. Just grab it and hit go. Also nice to get out of tight spots. The only thing I don't like, is sometimes it james feeding water and I don't know why. It came with water filters to change but no directions how to do that.

I bought these because they were marketed as deeply marked down and capable vacuum robots by some blog. The reality is you get what you pay for with these and they always have a "sale" price shown. They have extreme problems navigating rooms. They also frequently drop the water reservoir along the cleaning path (after bumping into things), preventing mopping from even functioning many times. Speaking of cleaning paths, the pathfinding algorithm is also extremely poor. This causes the robot to frequently get stuck or get lost. I had one of these on each floor of my residence and both of them were constantly running into problems. I can count on one hand the number of cleanings that completed successfully without issues. I spent around $700 on RoboRock QRevo vacuum robots and all the problems I had with these cheap things were a thing of the past. Amazon needs to do something about the rash of low end products flooding its site.
