Just received this vacuum a few days ago and I had planned to wait a few weeks before giving my review, however I see quite a few recent negative comments so I thought I better give my first impressions of this unit. So far I'm liking it a lot. We have a dog that has a bad habit of chowing down in the middle of the carpeted family room and we can't seem to break him of that habit so we bought this gizmo to clean up the crumbs each nigh while we are sleeping. We use the Tuya app to set it up and monitor its functioning. Since we already use the Tuya app for other household devices the learning curve was very flat. Some of the other reviewers here leaving negative reviews really need to spend some time reading the instructions that come with this unit -while ignoring some of the mistranslations- to get the most out of it. Our unit functioned well right out the gate after building its map of the family room. However, the next morning when it executed its first pre-programmed timer run, it got stuck on some cords behind my wife's computer desk. My fault, not the machine's. I just needed to re-route those cords to resolve the issue. Successive pre-programmed runs have been successful and I'm impressed with the cleaning performance of the vacuum cleaner on the carpet. I find it interesting that it varies its sweeping pattern from day to day to ensure complete coverage. So far I'm happy with it. I should note however that we use the sweep only mode since there is no hard floor for it to mop. Later on I may try it out on the rest of the house but for now it does what we bought it for. I think I'd like to buy another charging dock for multi-floor cleaning if and when one becomes available for purchase.

I’d give this robot mop/vacuum a solid 4/5 stars overall. It definitely makes day-to-day cleaning easier, but it’s not perfect. On the vacuum side, it works well for maintaining clean floors. It picks up dust, hair, and everyday debris without much issue, and I love being able to just set it and forget it. The self-emptying feature is honestly the best part—it’s super convenient not having to deal with the dustbin after every run. The mopping function is where it falls a bit short. It’s fine for light cleaning and keeping floors fresh, but it doesn’t do a deep clean. Stubborn spots or dried spills usually need a manual mop afterward. Navigation is pretty reliable, and it does a decent job covering the space without constantly getting stuck. Overall, it’s a great maintenance tool if you want to cut down on daily cleaning, especially with the self-emptying feature. Just don’t expect it to fully replace a traditional mop for deeper cleans.

I am beyond impressed with this robot vacuum. It has become the extra hands I needed in keeping my floor manageable with 3 kids and pets on laminate dark wood floors. It goes over all my carpets (even my super fluffy one) with no problem. I love the spot clean function after my kids have been eating at the table. The features and functions are easy to use and understand. So happy would definitely buy again.

It works very well, for the most part. It is fairly quiet and works steadily back and forth. You can watch it on the app. It does have a few issues that I can deal with though. I have a cat (1) and he doesn't shed much and the robot cleans the hair very well, however, the base doesn't suck out the tray worth a damn so I have to empty it every time I use it. I guess I'll save money on the bags. The other thing is that it really needs flat surfaces. If you have a rug (like I do), and the edges come up at all, it will get hung up on it and yell at you to come save it. It likes to get stuck going over anything it doesn't run straight over. Like a bar on the bottom of a lawn chair. (I have a nice chair now) That being said, It's worth the 300. Oh, and the mop part of it works so so.

I just purchased this vacuum and am pleasantly surprised it actually works cleaning the entire house in stages. First it maps out the whole house and then it remembers how to get around the house to clean. I almost returned it because I couldn’t get the SmartLife, TUYA or Alexa to find and add the device after multiple attempts. I finally figured it out. To save yourself the hassle to pair it, don’t plug the charging station in until you pair the robot vac with your app. You will see it blinking fast when it is ready for pairing. After you pair it with your app then plug in the charging station and VOILA it paired! The instructions say to only add water with no detergent so I don’t think it cleans well and will still need to mop as needed but it’s a good option for vacuuming and dusting the floors. I only gave it 4 stars because it does get tangled in my throw rugs so you may need to remove them when cleaning. One of my brushes broke off in a thick throw rug on my floor but it came with an extra brush. I don’t see replacement parts to order them on Amazon so I need to find out where to order them. Also, it’s really expensive!

Gets stuck often. Mop is not great and doesn’t actually clean. Always has a “laser head is jammed issue” and there is no online assistance in how to resolve the issue. Sure it vacuums but the suction isn’t that great on carpets. Setting up wasn’t the easiest either because I got an error immediately about the jammed laser head. The mapping is cool but faulty with the first initial map.

Writing for two stars for now because I can’t get in contact with the seller. Vacuum works well but the voice it uses is REALLY loud. The top metal part has me really frustrated. It keeps trying to go under my bed and then got stuck and now it’s completely scratched up. Also the mop function is kinda silly. You can’t put any cleaner in it - just water. So I don’t see how that functions as an actual mop. I’ll increase my stars if the seller ever actually responds.
