I picked this bench up during the spring sale, and it’s an absolute beast. If you’re looking for an affordable, well-built adjustable bench that you can trust under heavy loads, this is it. I feel completely safe going heavy on this bench — something I wouldn’t say about most of the adjustable options floating around Amazon. A couple of minor gripes: it sits a bit lower than I’d prefer and is slightly narrow at the shoulders. But these were known trade-offs going into the purchase and are far from deal-breakers. This thing is solid steel and hefty. I love it. It assembles very simply with a few bolts. I looked at a lot of other budget benches before deciding on this one. A lot of the other budget benches were about $50-$100 cheaper. But they all had a similar design with similar fail points. Reading reviews of others, the cheaper ones collapse or break. The way this thing is made, I would be shocked if it broke. I know people are concerned about pinch points on the adjustment, but I prefer the dual track system because a cheap aluminum pin is now not a point of failure when I have weights above my face. I picked up this bench as a budget-friendly addition to my home gym and overall, I’m really satisfied with it. The build quality feels sturdy—no wobbling during lifts, and the functionality is easy enough to adjust between flat, incline, and decline positions. The padding is comfortable, and the bench is surprisingly compact for its weight capacity. That said, there’s one drawback: the back pad is a bit short. At 5′9″, I noticed that my head doesn’t get support when I’m doing incline presses. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it does mean I need to be more cautious about neck positioning to avoid strain. Despite that, it’s a great value for the price. If you’re okay with a slightly shorter pad or have your own head support workaround, this bench is a strong pick. I’m writing this review right out of the box. I was excited for the product. Easy to set up most of the bench comes already set up. One of the bench’s wheel was damaged and dint have a bolt or a metal washer. Disappointed with the product. One upgrade I recommend is to use rubber on the safe gear. One thing came to my mind that safe gear is metal going to have a lot of metal to metal contact with multi gear adjustment and it could cause paint damage and maybe rust down the line. This product is trash don’t buy it. ... show more

Pretty decent bench. Its sturdy and well built. Also fairly light which surprised me. Couple of things disappointed me though. It is a bnit smaller than I thought it would be. I'm 5'8" and 210, And I felt that it was right at my size or maybe a tad bit narrow. So if your a bigger guy than me, keep in mind this bench might feel a bit small. On the birght side its a breeze to store. Also another issue is that this bench hurts when its in the incline position. There is little cushion where the knees bend. The seat is narrow for this function so the seat corners dig into the back of the knees. I use a towel to help out know. I think a squat cushin would help a lot so I plan on getting one for the sqatsa and also to cushion the seat when I am incline benching. Lastly, this did not come with instructions. Its not difficult to figure out but it is weird to have assembly without instructions. ... show more
