Orion Motor Tech took good care of me on this product. I ordered it and the kit I got was missing the 6" 5/8" socket, but in it's place was a second 6" 9/16" socket. I sent them emails and pictures, and they sent me another kit that had all the correct pieces in it. I felt this was a very good display of customer service / satisfaction. The tools seem well made, on par with other brands. I do have some other tools from the same company and I've been satisfied with them as well. -Some different puller sets, harmonic balancer, steering wheel, etc. I like the case the tools are in. (Although it's a little tight, the sockets can be difficult to remove) Magnetic / wobbly spark plug sockets are a game changer compared to the old style with rubber boot inside for retention. The wobbly end helps navigate obstacles. Good kit! 👍 ... show more

This set will make tune ups a good bit easier. Allows you to work around the exhaust easily and I've never had one break. Would recommend for anyone who works on their own cars.

These are amazing for pulling plugs easily. I have a 6.2l Raptor, and it's recommended to pull the front wheels off for the bottom plugs. I didn't need to with these. Good quality and great price. Magnet holds plugs tight and the swivel gets you where you need to be. I did not snap a single plug! I would buy again, but I won't have to. Very happy. ... show more

    • Would not fit a Toyota 1.8L engine
The socket is the correct size; however, the black portion on top of the socket is wider than the socket itself making it impossible to pull the spark plug. Had to get a last minute same size socket from another brand to finish the job.
